KFC India — Amount debited and order not confirmed

I am Venkat from Vijayawada. On 01/06/2022 I was ordered to KFC Machilipatnam of Rs. 392 but I didn't confirmed the order but amount was debited. I was made the payment through mobile [protected] via Paytm wallet reference I'd: [protected]. So, please confirm the status when will I get refund of Rs. 392.
