[Resolved]  KFC — order bill and deducted from my account but order not placed

I am deepak from bangalore on 23-oct-19 i have done a online order for kfc (Rockline mall) for the amount of 802.99, my amount got deducted but neither the order was delivered or the amount got refunded.
Later i called the restaurant (Kfc rockline mall) [protected] and i explained the situation he stated the server is down and will get the refund in another 24 hours.

yeastday we had ordered Kfc Chicken Redhot Wings and brought a parcel to home it was very salty, and i called customer care but they had given me a number [protected] its Switchoff there is no other way to contact kfc people.
Worest service from kfc.
