Kfj — kfj gold loan

I had taken interest free gold loan fro kfj, anna nagar branch in 2016. 70% of the gold value was given to me as loan. Lockin period was 3 years. I started paying in small installments.in may 2019 i asked them that i will pay balance amount and take back gold but they told me that i can pay small installments every month. Recently i came to know about some problem going on there. Spoke to them over phone as i am not in station. They told me that the all the gold have been attached by bank and they will pay my amount in the form of cheque which amounts to rs.1, 57, 000. But since past ten days they are not picking up the phone. I am worried about my money. Planning to file police complaint. If others also have some plan of action kindly intimate me.
