Khadi Gramodyog Bhavan — particles present in rose water

I ordered khadi's rose water for the second time but when i opened the seal and used it i could see particles floating inside water and it smells foul too. I have ordered the product from amazon but they have a no return policy for such items but i need aa refund or an exchange as it will be a total waste of money for me. Considering the fact that it belongs to khadi, i need a response from khadi as their product is at fault.
I need an exchange for this item from khadi. Please let me know how do i proceed with the same.
