Today when i went to buy butter from Madras khadi gramaodyog bhavan, No 168, Velacheri Main Road, KAMARAJAPURAM, KAMARAJAPURAM, Chennai - 600073. i found that the fridge on the store turned off overnight and the butter is melted. when i asked it about this to bill person he confirmed the same as this is their everyday practice. so they didn't understand the concept of refrigeration at all. please ask them to on 24x7 or just refrain them from selling refrigerated items. everyday 8pm to next day morning 10.30 it's turned off. 14 to 15 hrs the items were thawed everyday.

I am visiting to Khadi store Seohara Uttar Pradesh yesterday and today also to buy khadi.

Khadi store is closed today also, who take care of khadi store he said today he is working home and he is going to Dhampur even he did not bother to open shop and gave me khadi.

He is opening store as per his wish when he wants and when he does not want.

Kindly look into it seriously.

I visited Rajasthan on 21 apr 22. I bought kurtis and suit clothes from New Rajasthan Khadi Shop. While purchasing the shopkeeper confirmed us that for any damage or bad quality or fading of colour will refund your money as we are providing you the Guarantee of 5 Years and if you want to replace the product will replace it also. Attached is the bill.

It got shink and i want refund for same

I purchased a printed cotton double blanket (without cotton lint) from Regional Sree Gandhi Ashram Saharanpur branch at Gol Market, Bhagat Singh Road, Muzaffar Nagar, UP vide bill no. 780 dated 16.12.2021 for Rs 1720 after discount.
With in 15 days of its use the blanket has turned hairy and tiny lint balls are appearing all over. One day a cup of water fell on the blanket incidentally, which on wiping with cloth, washed away it's colour.
KVIC Boast it's quality, but actually it's deteriorating now. Khadi products are neither cheap nor good quality

I really felt ashamed due to body shaming by two women who made fun of my large size. I wanted to buy one jacket but it was not available in my size and the sales representatives were really reluctant to show me the kurta & things I wanted.

Two ladies were really amused when they told me it's not available in my siza and a group laughter.

Please improve your service on the first floor where Nutan works.

I have purchase 2 saree with other items and paid Rs.10821.00 on dated 17.12.2020 but one patola saree was very damaged reached to same bhawan indira market sector 27 noida to return it but refused by employee of bhawan to replace it because we have lost the invoice.i again reached with bank statement and shown the transaction but again refused to replacement.Rs.3800/-have lost due to khadi gramodyog.

She told me after the exam and shortlisted for a job I need to pay Rs.1490/-.

After I submitted Docs, immediately I received a link to pay then I felt...

I purchased among other things rs 3100 worth of readymade ladies kurtas.total purchase about rs 10000/-when i wanted to return the clothes because they were ill fitting i had a very bad time.not the service .but the policy of exchange .i was compelled to buy only ladies garments; if not, running material where there was little choice .i could not exchange it even for other items like towels or other product ranges..i returned the product within 6 hours of purchase..why am i compelled to take only garments for exchange, instead of any item offered in the bhavan or even cash back .why would i want to go back when there are choices in shopping like amazon..when i want to support and use native products you make me lose money .please change the policies of exchange ..this happened on 21st nov in gopalapuram chennai bhavan

As per Khadi India online sales Invoice Bill No. [protected] /5120 dtd 31October2020 of Khadi Gramodyog Bhavan 34 Regal Building Connaught place New Delhi, a honey bottle delivered today (ie 2nd November, 2020)as damaged and therefore all honey leaked out in the packet itself, containing all remaining four items.
Kindly arrange to send replacement of the same immediately as I(Senior Citizen) need honey asap for my treatment of illness.

I have purchased things worth 17400 from Chittorgarh Rajasthan but received fake products and want my money back. It sucks that a government organisation is running a fakee shop in a historical place like Chittorgarh

Myself is mrs nirayee kenkre. (Gk enterprises, goa) i and my husband (Mr ganesh kenkre) are in distributorship business.in the year 2017 mr ashish bhattacharya from virar, mumbai approaches us, as national head of this everyday herbal beauty care and vagads (Same thing is mentioned on this companies letter head). We were very new this product. Both the companies are engaged in khadi gram udyog. After lot discussion we took decision of becoming distributor of this company. We started with the company. Untill 2018 we were unaware of the fraud happening with ur. One fine day we got two pricelist of same product. Were in we realised that mr shah was billing us triple the amount den it shid be. Slowly we started ingesting the matter in which we too found out that the quality that he supplied us in last two lot was of poor quality. Once we got whole story clear. We lodged his complain in kvic. We wrote letter in pmo. Pmo submited report to kvic. Kvic head from gujrat is very dear friend of mr shah. He never entertained our complaint. We requested mr rajesh shah to take back this 7000000 rupees material lying in our godawn. We have invested almost 7000000 in this business and all the material is lying in our godawn as it is. Now it is announced all over india dat vagads is fake and malfunctioning company. My sincere request to you sir is that please see into this matter as very personal and help us to refund all the amount fraudulently taken from us by mr rajesh shah.
Now infact mr shah is saying mr ashish bhattacharya is just a commission agent of his company. Half of the amount is already been given to mr ashish as his commission. He infact nit receiving our calls to settle the matter. He infact saying i will not pay a penny to us as a result he is forcing us to dump his over rated and cheap quality product into the markek. Sir we haven't done that yet.. We are seeking your help into it. So that he take back all his material back and refund our whole amount invested into it

Here by enclosing photo copy of newspaper were in it is clearly mentined his fraudulent act towards his customer.
