Khadims — asking about my debit card details

Yesterday i complained about my refund. Today one phone call from khadims called and told me that they will give me the refund. Then he took my debit card no and expiry date. After that i received my otp for transaction. I want the refund for the shoe price but there is otp for for online transaction of rs. 8819.0. Then i told him what you are doing by taking this otp. Then he cut my call. Then i called him and he didn't receive.

Updated by [email protected] I ordered a shoe on 24th september by online payment (Netbanking). After 10 days on october 3rd they canceled my order. Then i asked them for refund. They took my bank details. Then they mailed me that my refund was initiated bt still i am not received my refund. I always ask them for my refund through email. They donot reply any of my emails. They donot receive any of my calls. How can i get my refund please help me.

I bought a turk shoe from MANI SQUARE KHADIMS store on[protected]. It cost is Rs 1599. Within 3 months, the shoe got torn out, and pasting open up. I was having faith in KHADIMS products, but now I wonder to see the quality of the product. It is completely BELOW THE GRADE PRODUCT. I want immediate replacement of the product.
