Khadim's — Damaged product

I had ordered a boot on 27th March and I had received a damaged product. So I had called Khadim's thrice or 4 times to help. The customer care said that it cannot be replaced but can be returned and the refund will be done. Then I had mailed also but no action has been taken. Today it's 24th of April and still the damaged product has not been exchanged. What the hell is this ? I want the return of this product or a new product without payment as soon as possible. Money does not grows on trees so I would expect an immediate response. Worst company ever have seen.
