We purchased shoe from your Jharsuguda Franchise Rehan Shoe Store against our Purchase Order with full amount as advance. But Rehan Shoe Store do not provide us TAX INVOICE and not response us.

I have purchased a Ladies Chappal (Item Code No.[protected]) Size-7 Black Colour from Gariahat Outlet on 30.04, 2024 for my daughter. She wore the said Chappal only for 2 days that too by availing our Personal Vehicle from Tollygunge to Kasba Thana for attending her coaching classes. The upper portion of both the pairs of the black chappal has gone up after wearing the shoes for above two days. On date (6.5.24) I have attended your Gariahat Store to show the same and requested for remedial measures/change of the same vis-a-vis obtaining your views. It is ridiculous to note that your manager intimated badly that it has occurred due to stumbling somewhere and he has nothing to do on the matter. Being a regular customer of Khadims, it is not expected from an authority of repute. My daughter is now in Cl.XII South Point High School. Since her Nursery-I to till date, We are purchasing School shoes from Khadims/Gariahat as per practice and instructions of South Point School. It is a matter of great regret that a ladies chappal of Khadim costing Rs.799 has only the life for 2 days? Although there is no question of stumbling being availing the journey from Tollygunge to Kasba by own vehicle, still considering your Manager's remarks of stumbling somewhere, , the shoes that cost Rs.799/- will the leather of the shoes come off? It is not at all desirable from a company of repute like Khadims.

In view of the above, it is requested to please look into the matter and do the needful on the matter for change of chappal or otherwise, as deem fit and proper. Manager/Gariahat Store should also be counselled for proper behaviour with the customer.

Please do the needful on the matter otherwise I will have no other options than to go Consumer Forum.

I visited the store and found a pair of flats on discount which I liked a lot but the size was not available and the salesperson order online and said will be delivered at given address at with discounted price as Rs 268/- as it still shows available online. Please do look out.

My order number is 2368432.I had placed an order on 19/8/23 for a navy blue sneakers for boys(8-13) code-2752889 online.I received it on 22/8/23.After wearing the shoes the same evening the outer sole of both shoes came off.I immediately placed a request for return of the order online. The status showed return initiated.I waited for two days expecting some response from them.After that I tried contacting their customer care number.But response from their end too.
It is really disappointing to see such a response from a reputable company like Khadim's.This way they are going to lose customers' faith.
I would request Khadim's to kindly replace this item with a new one so that a customer like me can continue to have faith in a company like Khadim's

Ordered the product on July 23rd and today 17th of August and made many calls to customer care but no proper response.

I have taken a pair of shoe worth 1200/- from Khadim store, Burdwan, West Bengal. After wearing, it's so uncomfortable that my feets have started paining severely. The quality is so worse. I would like you to take action against it and check the shoe defect and solve my problem at the earliest.

I had purchased a pair of shoes from khadim, symphony Mall four months back.the shoe was defective and it was replaced.but after one month it was not possible to wear.the left shoe less side was damaged.i had complained but the manager denied for replacement.pl.do the needful.

I purchased a cleo footwear from khadim outlet worth Rs.779/-.but today after just one wear I see that the outer layer of the leather has developed cracks at every place where there are pasting or stiching. I want it to be replaced or refunded. M not happy with the product. I

He now refuses and talks very roughly.

Had ordered online for a ladies footwear and got delivery...the packet was torn with the footwear peeping out but the delivery boy pleaded that the pkt had got torn due to too many parcels with him...as it was open i could chk thn and there that the fit was not proper...refused to take but again on being told by the boy that you can easily return, kept it and immediately initiated return... innumerable phone calls and emails have not yielded any result...I am being mentally harassed due to this online purchase...if not addressed soon, I may hv to approach consumer forum

I tried to purchase shoes from khadims online website made payment and order was confirmed and order dispatched same day, from then onwards no information. Track I'd isn't visible in the track history page. I tried to mail no responce, I tried to call they didn't pickup.

I purchased these sandals from a local shop three months before. i have not used these much. this was kept in a packet and when i wanted to use these, i found it completely damaged automatically. now i want replacement against it.

I called many times on toll free no but no one is answering my call.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I've ordered a shoes from khadims and it was delivered to me in wrong size then i placed a return request and no one has came to pickup the order and it's been more than 16 days now, I've called thousands of times they just say the same thing that pickup will be done last time I talked to supervisor she told to send me the bank details for the money transfer and they didn't do anything on that i want my money back of I'm going to police now...

I had brought official shoes, belt, slippers and casual slippers but the products are really worst in a day Or two after wear they started to color vanished which is really shows khadim is not a brand it's just like a hawkers shop material even they much better than, after that i visited again to there outlet laxmi nagar but they denied to change this aa per our policy.
Means u make the policy in a way to take the money from customers and give the product which is nothing.
Product and services both are bad. I suggest them not go buy anything from khadim.

Sir mai prajapati shravan.mai ahamdabad mai rahta hu mene 2th Aug se khadims ki shop mai job joining ki thi.dukan ki chavi solanki nitin ne khuvai or ilzaam mere par lagaya. Or lock ke pese mang rahe hai .

- sudipta sarkar muje kutte ki tarah kaam karvata hai or muje bangali mai gandi gandi galiya deta hai .or sir customer mai type karta hu bill kisi solanki nitin, ya phir ruhan arab ke nam par banata hai.meri insensitive koi or le leta hai.sir meri apse hath jod ke vinanti hai aap apne hisab se karyvahi kijiye.

I have been a regular buyer of our family footwear requirement from a long time. Very recently bought a sandal - British Walker with soft inner sole a best for any diabetic patient, Since I had bought several pair my usage of this sandals can never be regular but normal regular. To my surprise the sole stitches have got cut and sole is also cut. When I visited Puttenahalli Outlet the in-charge said he is not able to locate purchase details due to non availability of system date and also refuse to get the servicing done as I felt is one of the best sandals. I just need to get this fixed with the being a loyal customer or Khadims.

I went to khadims shop in mogappair west, Chennai. The sales man was not giving respect and showing attitude. Very worst customer service, dint even ready to bill the selected product. Poor service.

I had placed a prepaid order 10 days ago and had received no information on the location or delivery of my order yet and also it is beyond the room used delivery date. There is no proper customer care service..no one picks up call or relies to email and finally when someone received a call from head office it seems the person cut the call on my face as I started to discuss the issue. I wish to have an immediate refund of my order..have lost all my trust on a company with such a big name

I, Brinda had been to Mandya(Karnataka) Khadims outlet for a purchase of a sandal but the shop in charge Nandini and the boy denied to give the sandals for the trial and spoke in a very rude way and it was quite unnatural behaviour by those people to me as a customer kindly go through my complaint and do the needful.

At Katihar, Bihar, Khadim showroom cheated me. He displays 50% of in selected items, i selected one shoe and billed 40% off. When i refused to take this shopkeeper denied.
Really you cheated me. Why are you doing such behaviour with your clients.
