Khadim's — false promise and worst service | |||
On 21.08.2017 i have purchased 3 pairs of chappals from your vidyaranyapura retail outlet. Out of which 1 pair of gents and 2 pair of ladies chappal. The invoice no is [protected]-d1-inv[protected]. While purchasing the chappals your sale person promised that the items will be replaced if any problems happens with in 15 days of its purchase. As i was not comfortable with one of the chappal, i visited your shop today and told that as i am facing problem and as they promised i asked for replacement. But your sales persons refused to do as they promised and have badly insulted me. Is this the way to treat the customer? Please note that we are not beggars and we are not begging for anything. As they have promised of replacement we took the chappal for replacement. Your person is told us to through the chappal on the road. Is this the way to talk with the customers? We have paid the cash to purchase the goods not the paper please remember this.
