I have been a regular buyer of our family footwear requirement from a long time. Very recently bought a sandal - British Walker with soft inner sole a best for any diabetic patient, Since I had bought several pair my usage of this sandals can never be regular but normal regular. To my surprise the sole stitches have got cut and sole is also cut. When I visited Puttenahalli Outlet the in-charge said he is not able to locate purchase details due to non availability of system date and also refuse to get the servicing done as I felt is one of the best sandals.
