Khadim's — misguiding to customer

I have given my slipper for repair that time i ask to give me receipt of this he frequently say to me company has not any receipt book.
Previously i also say to store manager give me duplicate bill by my mobile no. That time also he said to me we can’t search by ur bill by mobile no.

I say to company please assist new store manager for public dealing.
