Had ordered online for a ladies footwear and got delivery...the packet was torn with the footwear peeping out but the delivery boy pleaded that the pkt had got torn due to too many parcels with him...as it was open i could chk thn and there that the fit was not proper...refused to take but again on being told by the boy that you can easily return, kept it and immediately initiated return... innumerable phone calls and emails have not yielded any result...I am being mentally harassed due to this online purchase...if not addressed soon, I may hv to approach consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
