Khadim's — Return request raised but not processed

I've received Wrong Size & I want to return my order, i have placed a return request on the same day when i received the product & i got the mail that your team will contact me regarding it.
Its already 4-5 days passed but nobody contacted my in this regard, & No return request is updated on ny account on your website.
i tried many times call on your customer care but it was not received, i sent mail on your consumer mail id but mail returned back. kindly provide me solution, proceed this return & return my amount.
