Khadim's — Sandal damaged around 15-20 days of purchase

I have online ordered a sandal on 11.05.2021 for my regular use, details of which is as belows:

The order was received around 14/15.05.2021. After using around 15-20 days only, the sandal worn out - broken. The material of the sandal is of very poor quality. I want my money back as soon as possible or the replacement of the product. I tried calling customer care but that was in vain.
