Khadim's — shoes damaged in two days not being replaced | |||
Purchased footwear( ART NO [protected] GREY COLOUR ART NAME A/W-12) from siliguri showroom on 19.3.2015 for R's.959 after 40% discount after being assured that it will last for two years. But only after two days of wearing the shole pasting damaged and cannot wear.I went to the showroom with the shoes and they said its manufacturing defect but they have no liability for goods sold on discount. Is this the quality standards for khadims brand and policy to loot innocent consumers?? Was this information helpful? | |||
