Khaitan Electricals — geyser not working after 15 days o[censored]se | |||
I have purchased a Khaitan Zolta geyser 25 Ltr online from Amazon In. on 09.11.2018 and get it delivered on 15.11.2018. After installation, I came to know that there is leakage in return safety valve of the geyser. After contacting Khaitan customer care over phone they have registered my complaint and one of your service executive from Ahmedabad with Phone Number[protected] called me and informed me that no free service is there for the products purchased online. I managed to convince Amazon In. about this and they have paid me Rs 400 for repairs. And today morning when I switched on the geyser, it just stopped heating the water even after 2 hrs of operation. I have merely used it for 15 days yet. As per the details of the product I have seen during online purchase, 3 years warranty on product and 2 years on inner tank was mentioned there. I have attached a copy of the bill here for your reference. Kindly go through the details and revert with details that who will repair it or return it. Was this information helpful? | |||
