I bought the chimney around 4 years ago and now the motor is not working.
Now I am left with the Rs. 12000/- trash which even the company personnel not able to fix
I have tried raising complaint with the company and the person said the motor is dead and new will be required.
They do not have the spare motor available. We are continuously trying to reach to their helpline but its of no use
We have already paid 450/- to their one of the personnel visited and its been a month since then.
till now we are not provided any feasible solutions.
I expect this to be resolved within 7 days, otherwise i would be forced to take this to the Consumer Court Was this information helpful? |
