I have purchased one Pedestal fan of Khaitan make on May'2014. It is out of order in 14/09/2014 for which I have raised my complaint on their customer care service number on 15/09/2014 and my complaint no is 025415. They told me that their so called technician will visit my house and repair it within 72 Hrs. But till date i.e. 19/09/2014 till 5.00 PM no technician never call in my number for repairing. It is so silly that when I again called their customer care fellow, he told that do not worry it will be taken up in urgent basis,
They only know to sell their product, they never care to satisfy the customer complaint. In my suggestion never purchase Kahitan Make any Item. Otherwise you will suffer like this one day. Was this information helpful? |
