Dear Sir,We had purchase geyser from umang electronics gwalior,on dated 23/12/2009
after 15 days the geyser is not giving the hot water and we had complaint the dealer many times but he is providing the service.Pls short out our problem.

Dear Sir,we had purchase gyser from umang electronics on 23/12/2009 and after 3-4 days gyser is giving problem like not giving hot water,giving current we had asked the dealer to give us the service still the 6 month is over but he is not giving the services.
Khaitan — Regarding FAN problem
Myself a customer of your company has purchased a Flora Pedestal fan on dated 31/07/2009 from SANJAY TRADERS,park market,Hirapur,Dhanbad(Jharkhand) Mobile-[protected].But there was some technical problem in the fan . I have already complained the matter to the dealer but it has not been solved and the problem arises again. I am exhausted about the service of your company and I have to take tough action including lodging the complain in the consumer forum . Please provide me the best possible solution of my problem .
