I have purchased the 56 inch celling fan. The fan was problem in the air and I have lodged the complaint on 5th Oct. Your service centre representative change the 48 inch instead of 56 inch. Please as soon as possible the change of blade. I have many calls in your service center no one pic the call.pl change on the urgent basis

Not Attending the Technician after complaint on 15/09/2014

Dear Sir,
I have purchased one Pedestal fan of Khaitan make on May'2014. It is out of order in 14/09/2014 for which I have raised my complaint on their customer care service number on 15/09/2014 and my complaint no is 025415. They told me that their so called technician will visit my house and repair it within 72 Hrs. But till date i.e. 19/09/2014 till 5.00 PM no technician never call in my number for repairing. It is so silly that when I again called their customer care fellow, he told that do not worry it will be taken up in urgent basis,
They only know to sell their product, they never care to satisfy the customer complaint. In my suggestion never purchase Kahitan Make any Item. Otherwise you will suffer like this one day.

Non replacement of faulty fan under warranty/ No refund - Khaitan 52" Fantasy Premium Heritage

It is extreme frustration and deep regret on buying a Khaitan product (Khaitan 52" Fantasy Premium Heritage Ceiling Fan) what I feel as I am writing this e-mail. The product was bought for a price of Rs.6895 from Snapdeal (0rder # [protected]) delivered on Feb 14, 2014. The product was installed on Feb 21st and it was found that the fan would not work. The under lights would come on but the fan motor was not rotating.
a complaint was registered in Khaitan's customer care (toll free no[protected] with the complaint no (479140). A technician visited my place on 27/02/2014 and he could not resolve the problem concerning the fan. He asked me to contact Mr. Baburao regarding the next step. On contacting Mr. Baburao, he told that a technician from Khaitan will come over and have a look since the fan was not a common ceiling fan model.
The technician from Khaitan visited on 06/03/2014 and he could not repair the fan too, According to him the fan had to be replaced. I talked to Mr. Baburao and he told me to entrust the technician with the invoice/bill and he will initiate the replacement. I asked him about the existing fan being taken away on which he replied that the fan will be taken when the new one comes. Mr.Baburao told me that at maximum the new fan will be installed at my place within 5 days (by 12/03/2014). I waited till 13/03/2014 after which I called Mr.Baburao and asked about the replacement fan. He told me to wait for one more day and the unit was already shipped from Kolkata.
From then till date it has been the same story till now. The unit is still in transit and has not reached Bangalore, making me wonder if somebody is hand carrying the same walking all the way from Kolkata till Bangalore.
Repeated calls to customer care since 22/03/2014 results in me repeating the whole story again, getting a couple of apologies and promises that the higher management will call within the next hour. No calls have been received from anybody in Khaitan's higher management yet.
I gave a call to Mr.Ramesh (supposed to be the in charge for South zone) and got no response from him as well.
This situation
1) Prompts me to buy a new fan (definitely of a different company than Khiatan) - It is getting hotter in Bangalore and it is quite difficult to manage without a fan
2) Post a copy of this mail along with other details on all leading consumer forums on the net
3) File a case against Khaitan for not replacing a fault product under warranty, cheating, giving false promises and mental harassment .
A frustrated customer of Khaitan product.

I bought a khaitan Merlin Wall Fanas on 06/06/2013. After 3 month it was not working so we complaint
on 04/09/2013 complaint no is 346834.
but no person visited at my home. We contact again again after two days as on 06/09/2013 they
changed complaint no to 349437.After than i have contact again on your toll free number many time
but they are not ready to talk ,finally he gave me a contact no. ([protected],Mr.Vipul),then i said to mr
Vipul About my Complaint ,he asked me that your complained should be repair as soon as .but till now
anybody Technician comes to Visit now.
No person is coming at my home since Wednesday 04/09/2013 to 21.9.2013. Many time conversation
with Vipul as on 10/09/2013 he suggest me a new Number ([protected]) and asked me to complained
on that Number. I talked him he said i will sent technician but we are still waiting.
Please send them a mail. They are not taking it seriously. My mother and brother are living in
Sikandrabad and are not able to go your service center. I am in Delhi and helpless to help my family. I
told everything to Vipul Area Head but no use. In next step I will involve consumer court. Please take
sufficient action against your staff. In this summer I trust on Khaitan which was not trust worthy.

NEGLECT AND DELAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

i BOUGHT a KHAITAN fan on 23/4/12 with a warranty of 2 years. couple of months earlier my fan started showing some problems(made loud sounds when turned on). i contacted the customer care/service centre of KHAITAN immediately. after repeatedly calling the customer care/service centre they gave fake assurance of sending somneone immediately day after day. for 1 MONTH they DID NOT send anyone to my house and after 1month when someone from the service centre came he found that the bearings of my fan had FAULTS. he was ILL EQUIPPED that day so he DISMANTLED the fan BUT couldnot change the bearings. then HE gave word that he would come the very next day and CHANGE the bearings. this was on 08/06/2013. 10 days have passed by and he has not shown up. you could possibly feel how diffcult it is in this SUMMER season to have a room without any fan. calling the CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE centre also proved FUTILE as they donot seem to pay any heed to my distress. i would like to say that i have no faith in KHAITAN PRODUCTS OR THEIR SERVICES anymore.

Hi i have bought Khaitan gyser in Jan 2013 in Hyderabad.It has given problem in no more than 7 months.We have made a complaint by making a call to their toll free number[protected] they have registered my first complaint in the month of August and closed the request mentioning Customer is not available but the truth is no one visited and no one called up mentioning that we are visiting to service the request.They are not even asking for feasible time of customer while registering a service request and they are closing the complaint without even calling the customer after waiting for one month i have called the toll free number and again registered a complaint in september they said their technician will visit in 2 working days but the same has happened no one turned up and also they have given a contact number which is not all existing, again i have called 13-Sep to find the status of the complaint they said same thing again that their representative will visit in 2 working days when i asked them very strongly about this they made a statement mentioning this is a complaint center we only just registers the complaint .I have a question for Khaitan who is accountable if the complaint is not addressed, if this continues for 3 more months our warranty will also expire. Khaitan service is very poor if they cannot provide good service what is point in making false promises.This very disgusting and irritating.
People donot ever go for Khaitan .Buying a product is not a big deal buying a product from a company who offers good service is a deal.

Room color body leakage when purchasing time to present

sir,i will purchase a Khaitan room color on 16.04 2013 at Anjalika 406,shopping,kota- 3245007. Bill no-24009. An amount Rs.4800/- The dealer was issued one year Warranty. The date of purchasing of color was leak aging water from body,I have compliant against this problem for the khaitan

Cheap quality Blower and poem and or service

I purchased a heat convector on 18 - 12 -12 from singla Electrial and hardware , plot no 852, opp SBI, Kapshera, New Delhi-37 and very shockingly it burned out with in 15 days . Fan and motor inside it destroyed. we called customer care , and they said they will send some one but no one turned up on multiple calls even . I should call them frauds who are only concerned when they have to sell the product but not for complaints. I had a trust in kahitan but now it has totally been shattered and i will never advice anyone to go for it . I request you to Please take action. They are just cheating the people. what is the use of warranty card if they dnt have to listen to it . My product desription is KRH1101v, sl no -5361 , number[protected].
Such a cheap quality could result in some fatal fire accident in our home. I request you to please take strict action.

new fan not working

i am from kolkata. i have purchase 12' khaitan polora fan in this year and it is under warranty / guaranty . my fan has stop working on august and i made the complain to there customer care center . The complain number is 44762 dated :- 08/08/2012. one of there technician (name:- Somenath) visited to me on 04/09/2012 @ 5.30 pm and told me that the motor of the fan has to be replace within 7 - 10 days. but till now no call has been came yet to me for changing it .i am tired of calling the customer care daily but there is no call response to there number. i am very unsatisfied with the service of the company khaitan. kindly take certain action against them or tell them to replace my purchase product with the new one. waiting for your valuable action.

Myself a customer of your company has purchased a Flora Pedestal fan on dated 31/07/2009 from SANJAY TRADERS,park market,Hirapur,Dhanbad(Jharkhand) Mobile-[protected].But there was some technical problem in the fan . I have already complained the matter to the dealer but it has not been solved and the problem arises again. I am exhausted about the service of your company and I have to take tough action including lodging the complain in the consumer forum . wall fan manufacturer defect

I puchased 3 wall fan from Gaur Electri com. Bhagirathi Palace, Delhi-6, Whene I open packing I got that One of them is Not working. it was manufacturing defect. I go back to shop then they said to me to call direct to the company servive center. I call on khaitan delhi service no. 30481006 I from this side I got some New Number. 22125888, 32911925, [protected]. i am trying these number so many time but in vain, after few days these number got call and give me a complaint number KHE18, and said on Nex Day Engier will come and check properly that what happend. but from 20 days i waiting and try to make call. I also call to direct head office of Khaitan at Kolkatta but from this side I got only frustration and te loss. now please suggest me that what can I do for that. plz help me
