Khazana Jewellery — gold scheme online payment status showing failed but amount debited

I paid the online payment for my gold scheme opened in T Nagar branch on 21.03.2020. The chit amount of Rs.4000 has been debited from my debit card, but the transaction status is showing as “Failure”. I tried to contact Khazana jewellers T Nagar but no response. Help me to resolve this issue.
