I have purchased kids bangles from your company last year know I came back to sale those bangles qc asked me the bill but it was misplaced so that I told him the bill details he got the bill in your server and then also he have to reduce 3% from privileged gold rate he has taken 4% less from my gold when I asked him to take 3% he replied me in a very bad manner that gives me a very bad feeling try to guide him how to behave with customers
