We paid the scheme in chandanagar khazana an we thought to redeem the same in nellore khazana due to covid-19 situation.
We thought to purchase ornament on 26th jun 2020 – gold rate is 4904
Issue: we selected one ornament on 26th and it seems that is already taken by some other customer and we asked them to order the same. They said they will confirm the same and let us know.
Next day on 27th they confirmed they can place the order and we told about our scheme and khazana team said that they will check with chandanagar branch and process the same. We waited there for long hours on the same day and we left…. Same thing happened till today…i. E., going to shop and waiting there for long hours.
Every day they are telling one or the other story like
Initially they said we got confirmation that we can place the order.
With scheme amount we can’t make order
Chandanagar branch is not responding to redeem the amount.
Today’s gold rate is 5125 – 31st jul 2020
So from 26th to 31st gold rate variation per gram is 221. As your team is not aware of the process we lost these 6 days. And ornament wait is 49.8 grams.
Loss is 49.8 grams *221 = 10935/-
