I have purchased payal jewellery from your showroom khazana jewellery pvt. Ltd at as rao nagar ecil on 26/04/2017 to gift my friends 10 years old daughter, while purchasing itself i asked them to give suitable size for 10 years girls but they have not shown any interest to give suitable size and just given randomly, now this size is too small. When i approached them over phone the answer is negative exchange is not possible. Now let me know i have not used at all it is unbox piece and wanting to just exchange not money back then what is the problem you have??? Small cloth merchant people replace exchange without any question. Such a waste treatment with customer never expected your brand people will do and behave like this.
