Khazana Jewellery — your staff really need training and guidance in how to speak with customers | |||
I along with my father visited khazana showroom on 11/07/2020 and we choose some jhumkas and asked their staff to bring us estimation and once the product was fixed and we decided to buy their staff introduced us to their floor manager and this person greeted us in avery respectable way and in return my father did too and when it was a discussion about product my father very gently asked is any change to reduce the amount and to mention my father was addressing this person as sir all he asked was "is there any possibility to reduce the price if their kindly please do" all the did was to cut some price i agree what ever was possible to him he did and my father was still trying to make a conversation he didn't even respond or looked at us he simply just walked way. This may not be an great insult or issue but the way one sales person or manger should respond to his client wasn't at all seen or visible. And the staff person somehow again got him back to speak to us he did the same thing. . . Its the respect towards elders and towards the client most importantly is demanded in return. The simplest resolution of the complaint i demand is small apology to my father. By the floor manager, Khazana jewellers, Vizianagaram, 535002.
