This complaint is in regards to the order number OR_367933. The order was for Thrax ProGrip Badminton Shoes Blue. The Company has been giving false commitments for delivery since the day the product was ordered. When I asked the executive if it's possible to make early delivery of the product, the executive mentioned I would receive it in 3-4 days, on 12th Dec 2020 when I asked Vinita (an executive of your company) for an update on the product and mentioned about the commitments I was given, she said the false commitment was given to me and I will receive the product on 15th Dec 2020, when I asked about the status today (i.e. 15th Dec 2020), Shivani (an executive) said a false commitment was given to me and the product will take another week to reach my location. Throughout the process, I am only given dates. The executives also mention that because I had opted for COD so it will reach late, however, the companies website doesn't say so, I was ok to make pre-payment but that was also not done. This was the first time i ordered something from Khelmart and I doubt if there gonna be 2nd time if this is the kind of service Khelmart has. There seem to be some training issues with the executives, neither there is any record o[censored]pdates the executive makes to the customers. The executive is also very rude.
As I resolution, I just want to know if the company is willing to deliver the product or not in the first place, if yes please mention the final committed date, it will be really great if the company clears this so that we don't waste each other's time. I can place the order in varied other sites that value customers and know how to serve them.
Just a suggestion: It's good to train executives not to make false commitments, they carry your brand. Was this information helpful? |
