Dear sir, I bought a thrax cricket bat @ Rs 6400 custom made, the bat is now coming out from splice I have mail to [protected]@khelmart.com and I m not getting any responce regarding the same . The bat has not been used in any match it is still in knocking state . the purchase date may be more then a month but if the bat is coming out of splice then its manufacturing defeat . Request you to kindly interven as your employee are least boughtered about customer satisfaction.
