I trusted khelmart but they cheated me. I had purchased a cricket bat worth around 14000 rs. model of the bat bring SS Ton Retro Maxpower From khelmart. Before buying I had asserted that I will need the bat to be less than 1160 grams and khelmart showed me the required bat to be weighing 1152 grams only and only after knowing that I had placed the order. They also sent me a picture of the bat being weighed on a measuring scale. Upon seeing the picture I readily agreed to buy the bat. However after finding the bat seemingly heavier than expectation, I measured it locally and found it to be heavier by more than 50 grams that is more than 1200 grams. Now this bat is difficult to manoeuvre for me and I am feeling very cheated. Their customer care executive is not ready to believe it and saying they sent according to weight specified. I need a solution to this. Seems like they had sent me a fake picture of the bat being weighed. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

You order item on 14th-June-2022 and you are complaining the weight issue after using the bat for one month. if you have any warranty claim kindly do let us know, we will deafeningly help you out. Thats such a ridiculable response from khelmart. I had ordered the bat on 14th june but I had received it after a week here. Secondly, I trusted khelmart so never doubted abt the weight. Since One month its been raining regularly here. I had sent you bat images on whatsapp where one can clearly see that not a single ball has been played with the bat here. I can even show it on a video call if you want. Its only a few days that I started to be concerned abt the weight of bat as it didnt feel that light. As soon as I weighted it myself I was shocked by the real weight of the bat. It differed by more than 55-60 grams. I can show the proof. One can only decrease weight of bat and cant increase it. This is so obvious. You should have provided me a video of the bat being weighted on ur side and not just a picture where only the middle portion of the bat being weighed is shown. I never asked khelmart to take back my bat but asked khelmart why you faked the weight of the bat being such a reputable company. I have complained only on that ground. When I asked for a bat that weights below 1155grams why would you send me a bat which weights 1200+grams. And how on earth you can claim that I have played with the bat. Its still is in the received condition.
