Khelmart.com — order never received

Khelmart is just another hyped up indian company which promises much but fails to deliver even 50% of it. I ordered for a badminton shoe recently and the order was supposedly shipped on jan 12 through gati courier. I received a call maybe once from gati, which i couldn't pick as i was travelling. I called that courier agent once as he said he's out of my area would be able to deliver only tomorrow but i never received my package till now. I made numerous calls to khelmart after that and they just kept assuring me that the package will be delivered today/tomorrow definitely and were waxing eloquent about their services. Their standard reply was very infuriating after a point and made me cancel the order. I'm really not sure if they have the items they listed in their stock or not and makes me want to question their authenticity as a sports website. I'm not sure of their product thrax as well as i do not see any review anywhere else. They post only positive reviews it appears. Stay away from khelmart
