I have purchased a Badminton Racket and Badminton Shoes for a total of 9, 378.00 paid via Credit Card on May 20, 2023. After placing the order, I received the part order, Shoes delivered, and found they were not up to the mark. I returned them and wrote an email to cancel the complete order and do the refund. After that, I started receiving calls from their support team telling me that they would offer an additional 50% off with other free items and take the order. I said, I don't want to go forward with it and need the money back. I wrote them several emails and messaged them multiple times for a refund, but I didn't receive my money back. Kindly help.
