Sir,

I'm a regular customer of khelmart and i purchase rackets and shoes somany times, recently i purchased.. Yonex astrox 6 badminton racket

I received the item 8th january 2018, at the same day i got to change string.. But actually problem is racket shaft's damaged at the time of stringing. So i want return this product and give new piece.

So, please accept my request and solve issue as soon as possible...

Worst ecommerce company ever i see. They simply take the online payment and when it comes to delivery the simply ignores in the name of company policy.
they are not refunding my refund amount from past 40 days.
Even their head also the worst in the world.

I ordered a sports shoe and got the wrong product. The colour is totally different. I tried to contact khelmart several times but I couldn't speak to any of the representative . I wanted to return the shoe and get the correct product. So kindly help me to proceed further ASAP.
