Hi, I have booked v15 on 29th dec 2018 and paid full cash. It was committed to deliver the bike by 4th jan 2019. But what is received was the fake status saying the bike is ready for deliver on that evening and when i about to reach the showroom, got the call stating the bike has not even went to rto for registering, highlighting some lame reasons (Lift failure to bring the vehicle from first floor to ground floor). The next revised commitment date 7th jan, but the same reason again. The main problem with the show room sales person is he never update us with the right status and always we have to follow up to get all the things done (Right from getting the biils, rto work, delivery date and even revised delivery date). Does it take 4 days to repair a lift, stoping the vehicle registration process? This initiates the doubt, if they really have the vehicle in stock and gave wrong commitment just to get the full cash as payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
