I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the recent service experience I had at your Khivraj Marathalli branch for my bike, Pillar 200 NS (KA03HQ5947), on April 2, 2024.

Despite paying a significant amount of 5118 for a general service, oil change, and chain sprocket replacement, I encountered immediate issues with my bike. The very next day, it failed to start, an issue I had never experienced prior to this service. Subsequently, on April 5, 2024, I was informed that a shifting kit needed replacement, incurring an additional charge of 1491. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.

I provided a video illustrating the recurring issue to the service manager, emphasizing the urgency of resolving the matter. Regrettably, despite multiple assurances, my bike remains in the showroom for the past 20 days. Each time I reach out for an update, I am met with excuses, delays, and promises that are not fulfilled.

My patience wears thin, and my frustration escalates with every passing day. I implore you to conduct a thorough inspection and address the root cause of the persistent issues plaguing my bike. If a resolution cannot be reached promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and explore alternative avenues for recourse.

I remain cautiously optimistic for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

      The main motive for the service is to check the petrol gauge which stopped suddenly, I informed the service man regarding all the information for the service to be done while leaving the bike on last week.

      And they informed that the work was completed and I can get my bike, while I went to the showroom and after paying the paid service charges and taking the bike I saw the petrol gauge was not working still, I informed the manager regarding this and he told the service guy to check it and the service guy informed me to put more fuel and wait for 2 days so that the petrol gauge might work if not bring again back to us.

      I was totally disappointed with this kind of service happening, I would have given my bike to a local service centre who might have done it with utmost care.

      I went and informed the service manager regarding this and he questioned the service guy and came to know it was his mistake who didn't run the check and also didn't intimate the service team and also me regarding this.

      I literally wasted 1hr around this and I was told to wait another 2 to 3 days to check the petrol gauge and also to fix the tail light in my RS200

      I really regret this now as I was to take my bike out of town for my work purpose

        I've been to service station which is located in banaswadi, the customer service they are providing could be one of the wrost experience turning out, inexperienced mechanics and doesn't allow customers to watch their own bike repair, want a response why aren't they allowing the customers to watch how they repair and treat their vechile.

            Hi Im moses, I owned pulsar ns200 this year 2023. After 2 month my bike met with accident. I went to service centre regarding for the Insurance they didn't support me. After then I pulla moses to move for Insurance. After got approval for Insurance claiming I had wanted for more than 2 weeks but still they said that they didn't get the spares. But After getting the parts, they said that the service person was on leave for two days... I mention the service advice Sanjay, who was very worst behaviour. Even not giving a Proper response. I had met with a bad experience with khivraj bajaj. Now I was Totally hesitate to buy or refer for bajaj vehicles especially khivraj dealers

                  Issue: 3rd free services and oil leak complaint

                  the technician said it will take 2-3 days to fix this issue however, when I call the Brach Incharge said Tuesday ( 9th) then said Thursday(11th) when I called he said Monday(15th) and today when I called he says there are many vehicles to fix and it will take time. My question is on what bases the vehicle is treated and it's a brand new bike which is less than 1 year old and why there is an oil leak !! till now the approx bill amount is said to be 5 k, which is not ok with me why should I pay for an oil leak from a brand new bike, ZERO fall and ZERO accidental bike oil leak is not my fault.

                      I have a bajaj dominar 400 and i did my last service in the khivraj bajaj service center near 8th mile bangalore and i am litterely not satisfied with the service at all and even they asked for feedback i even rated them very less then also i didn't get any response. after the service it wasn't breathing properly and the throttle body was not cleared and they just inserted in the bill that they have added everything and my mobile holder also not working at all and i have a couple of photos that will surely considers that air filter was not changed. this complaint is regarding this is not first time this is 2nd time happening to me this is not sensed good at all thank you

                            Slow down in the acceleration without knowing and after some time suddenly raise in the speed, even after three free service still problem is there.
                            This problem occurred during second visit, service address the issue and mention that due to Spark plug issue this problem has occurred and replaced the spark plug,
                            after some KMs the same problem repeated, service PPl mentioned that because of winter season the problem is there, still problem is open .
                            now telling that Engine Sensor problem .
                            from the start day i am facing this kind of problems .

                              I got new Bajaja Avenger 160cc in the month of july 2022, and this is is the 3rd time i am visiting showroom for the same issue.
                              I dont know what the issue is everytime they are giving me with temporary solution. Frequently bike has issues with stating problem and this model doesnt habe chouk or kick start also.
                              I would like to get the bike replaced with new one as this is under warannty and would see better service center. The current service center (Horamavu, Bangalore) is minting money and no proper services.
                              I DEFINETLY NOT RECEOMMEND THIS BIKE FOR ANYONE.

                                I will give my for to Ondikuppam Branch.

                                After Completion of service they will call to me. But I don’t have time to pick up my bike. So after three days of service engineer call conformation, I will go to service centre for pickup. They told, sir pay the bill amount then take a bike. So I am also pay the full amount and get the bill. Then collect the gate pass also. Finally I check my bike, Speedometer is not working. So I am asking service engineer, they told sorry i don’t know how can this possible. Please give one day time I will clear this issue. But still more than 15days crossed, now they told need to change the speedometer, so what they checked before delivering. Still my bike holded in service centre. They not responsed. I will pay the amount also. But last 15days I will go to my office through auto. I am totally disappointed for this uncapable mechanics in Ondikuppam branch.

                                  I bought KTM adventure 390 from Khivraj Bajaj Marathahalli in the year Apr 2021. The experience was bad as when I did a PDI of my vehicle, both the tyres were older than the Bike Manufacture year.

                                  Front tyre: 2019
                                  Rear Tyre: 2020

                                  I raised this concern and they assured me that due to the shortage of Metzeler Tyres, they might have provided the old tyres however If I have any issues, they will be taken care of.

                                  From the time of 3rd free service, the front tyre developed some cracks on the Side walls of the tyre. I informed this to the Service Center as well. They said, "They will check". Now they stated that it is out of warranty. Please I need some help

                                    I bought dominor 400 in May'22 from khivraj Bajaj ( channasandra, 560067) showroom, in bill 4000 rs was less, sales guy(stephan) told that you will get rest bill once you get your RC but till date i haven't received it and hoodie showroom ( as channasandra branch was closed) not giving proper response.

                                      Mr Ashwin who's sitting in kr puram Bajaj khivraj showroom not refunding my amount. He making fool to other customer. Taking booking amount and then not giving my refund amount. When I ask my money he refused that even he was very rude behaviour to me. Pls take action on him strictly seriously.
