I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the recent service experience I had at your Khivraj Marathalli branch for my bike, Pillar 200 NS (KA03HQ5947), on April 2, 2024.
Despite paying a significant amount of 5118 for a general service, oil change, and chain sprocket replacement, I encountered immediate issues with my bike. The very next day, it failed to start, an issue I had never experienced prior to this service. Subsequently, on April 5, 2024, I was informed that a shifting kit needed replacement, incurring an additional charge of 1491. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.
I provided a video illustrating the recurring issue to the service manager, emphasizing the urgency of resolving the matter. Regrettably, despite multiple assurances, my bike remains in the showroom for the past 20 days. Each time I reach out for an update, I am met with excuses, delays, and promises that are not fulfilled.
My patience wears thin, and my frustration escalates with every passing day. I implore you to conduct a thorough inspection and address the root cause of the persistent issues plaguing my bike. If a resolution cannot be reached promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and explore alternative avenues for recourse.
I remain cautiously optimistic for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
