Khwaja Garib Nawaz Indane Gas Service — After booking 15 days ago, lpg cylinder not delivered till now

After booking we found three sms in my mobile, details as per given below-
Booking for con no-02980 is registered with ref no-793751 refill expected delivery 1-3 days,
Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no-793751
Your cylinder is delivered with cash memo no - [protected],

I have booked for gas refill in cylinder on 28.7.2016 with an assurance that the cylinder will
Be delivered within 6 working days. but the same has not been
Delivered till date. (because cylinder has been delivered to unknown place or person means blacking of my cylinder by gas boy or agency),
After 6 days we have received one sms by bank status that lpg subsidy of rs-91.87 has been credited to your account, but we had not received any cylinder till date then we asked agency that they replied that our gas deliver process maximum 10 days so pl. wait till 10 days, so again i met after 10 days then the agency’s manager had given me mobile number of deliver boy, mobile no. was [protected] and inform me that if i have any difficulty regarding gas cylinder, pl. call that time, when i ring him through his mobile. at the first time when i call him, he lift and said that he have sent the cylinder. but gas boy is not came at my home and not deliver the cylinder refill till now,
Sir if now i'm ordering within weeks of the previous delivery of cylinder, they (my agency) states that they can’t book an order within 21 days of delivery of previous order, so i am requesting you to solve my problem as early as possible. it is also requested to you this embarrassing situation may not be arise in future.
