My son is in junior kg. His school name is shree kidzee, jijgau nagar, kalam, state maharashtra. I am so sad about they had done with us. They taking extra charges for dance and children are also not happy with dance teacher. They done forcefullness with us because most of parents says we want options in dance or music and let them choose. But principal mam hasitating attitude and says to pay extra charges. So please help us and stop such harassment.

I have paid rs. 1200/- for my child's s winter uniform in kidzee diamond park kolkata on 5/11/2018. No winter uniform received till date despite it being full fledged winter. Child is being sent in the summer uniform and falling sick. Despite multiple complaints, no uniform has been received. On being asked to adjust/ refund the amount, kidzee diamond park supervisor mrs. Nupur dutta is refusing. Kindly address the grievance....

As i was working with miraj group here in nathdwara. So seeing the reputation of your school i got admission of my daughter, geetali tiwari in lkg standard. I had already deposited rs 10000/- as fee.

But now i have left miraj group and shifting from here so to get her admission in new school i require tc from your school.
I have been receiving calls from your school from contact no...[protected]......

Our son (Vansh jain) went to kidzee playgroup school four days.in four days, first day he learned “ek chatta padega” and diaper was not changed even once due to which he got rashes. Whenever i went to school he was with baiji.
We have given form and cheque on day one because of kidzee reputation, our cheque was returned as bank informed there is mistake in word and numbers. We informed to school about cheque and said it very clear that he will not continue school as he was very afraid of the environment. After two months school again represented the same cheque and it got cleared. When we asked why you did this then the director said it was bank mistake and we are not aware of this. They took 15 days to revert since they follow old method like checking voucher and getting physical statement. Finally they said we will not return the fee since your son admission is done.
My simple question is how it is done … no dress, no bag, no student id allotted and there is no message or information in two months and we informed he is not going to come. We have been charged one whole year fees for no admission. Are there any ethics that the school has? If no, no one should even think of sending kids to such an un-ethical school and director.

I thought of putting him in a euro kids after hearing kidz name i thought to put him but no improvement in my baby and not taking care of my baby so it continues the next year i will change him in euro kids
Because there they take care good on baby's and in which school the give rhymes cds to teach baby's all we think to keep far from the tv but u people r spoiling him na it's good tell

This is harkirat khosla f/o master jayansh khosla. I have admitted my son in july month in kidzee prime a-13 nirupam estate-2 hoshangabad road bhopal in pre nursery

The performance of the school is very bad. Initially only for 15 days the teacher of pre nursery was there and left after that, then after some days the principal also left. We hadn’t took it seriously.in between 4 teachers came for pre nursery but stay only 2-3 days each. But when 4 month passed we went to spoke to the director mam mrs sonali.in these 4 month my child have not learned any thing and was being handled by only maid over there because no principal was there, director came around 11:00 o’ clock and the nursery teacher obviously for her class only. When i go through by my child kit work books diary and all they are totally blank. Only 3 pages filled of dated 23 aug and 3 september.in the mid of month september the teacher of nursery had also left. There is only one child of mine there in pre nursery. I dont know what’s the issue. When we spoke to other parents all have the same feedback. All are disappointed from the school. Its totally ruined the image of kidzee.

Due to this issue the academic year of my child is totally wasted. The fees i have paid of 4 mnths was totally wasted. But the child year has totally wasted and the school had wasted the last 4 months.

I want my fees back.

I will also highlight this issue in social medial and sites also.

I want a positive response from your side and seeking an action and investigation for the same

I have many written communications of same type incidents...

I claimed cea for my daughter who studied nursery at kidzee, dimapur for the academic year 2017. But the same is rejected vide a letter attached herewith.
I am eagerly waiting to know that kidzee is registered with any govt or not?
If it is registered with govt. Of maharashtra then i would be very happy to get the registration document of kidzee which may kindly be sent to my email :

This is to inform you that my daughter aindrita guha (Student id:1311324) was studying in nursery standard in kidzee uttarpara fresh fragnance branch (Code:euc594). We took a transfer to kidzee kalpedal (Code:wrc 2702) in the month of may 2018, this year. It is unfortunate that pune school authorities have tried to map aindrita to her current school (I. E. Pune kalepedal branch) for several times from month of june till now to customer support of kidzee, but there is no response from your side. As i, mrs. Pallavi guha, mom of aindrita guha is not getting any notification of school activities and not getting any information and their daily activities through the kidzee application. It is hampering my daughter's educational growth.

Could you people please check and map my daughter to pune kalepedal branch school as soon as possible? Also please take a step soon regarding this as it concerns regarding my daughter's educational improvement.

It is a matter of great concern that our kidzee rajendran nagar, sahibabad has taken the advance for 2 set o[censored]niforms for summer and now after 6 months we recd 1 set o[censored]niform and now winter is about to start when we requeated management that either reverse the advance or adjusted the same to winter uniform they refused and didnt even provide the second set o[censored]niform till date... Really disappointing... Kidzee should take sone step otherwise they will spoil their good reputation among the parents...

And when we are asking she is blackmailing us

This lady and her husband does not have any exp in running school and on top of that this # behaves like a labour

Kids and parents are being torturered
No proper response from management because management is unfit

My son is studying in kidzee pandav nagar delhi and today i got a call from school that there is electricity problem and parents can pick their kids from school.
This is second time i am getting call in weeks time for electricity problem.
As per telephonic conversation with the teacher regarding for electricity issue they are not behaving well over the phone and also not picking my calls
I don't understand teacher behaviour and i need an explanation from teacher for her misbehave and as i wanted to very clear we all are service industry and we have respond to the customer or parents.
Kindly check and confirm.

My son has taken admission in nursery at kidzee baidyabati 02 months ago.

Still the app has not been updated. I am unable to see the attendance, list of holidays, student diary.
Also the rhymes provided on the app is not matching with his syllabus. Therefore we are facing difficulties to teach him at home. We want the rhythm of the rhymes to teach him easily.

Please arrange to update the same at the earliest.

Worst!! Franchise KIDZEE NAYA GAON,

They are pretend, that they are very humble with kids but reality is that they are playing with children's brain. After 2 or 3 days of admission in KIDZEE my son(age.02 years only) starts to says that "mumma aunty pitty" it means someone has beaten or threatened him. Next day I observed that he cried brutally and refuse to go kidzee but when we went to kidzee VAN, he became totally silent as he afraid from those people, I already complained to kidzee coordinator but in vain. I think, I have done a biggest blunder for ignoring my son's behaviour for last 01 month and now I am very worried about his future and now he has phobia from school and van(he was spend more than 01 hour just for 2 km distance)also. It'll very surprising to you know that my son didn't afraid in other schools and KIDZEE, New Chandigarh branch(as recorded is in CCTV as on 30 Aug 18) also, when we visited there to observe my son's behaviour. we compelled to stop my son's school.
EVEN our psychologist also advise us not to send him that place(where he scared) anymore. Now we would like to refund. And if we don't get satisfactory resolution from KIDZEE then we'll complain to MEDIA and POLICE also.

👉👉they people make their own policies and change them according to their benefits.
👉👉At the time of admission they provided us pick and drop facility from home and now they denied for this.
👉👉And they charged fee from april despite the month of admission i.e. JULY. And they told that, this is the policy by KIDZEE, INDIA CHAIN.
👉👉AND now when we visited, KIDZEE New Chandigarh Branch, we came to know that there is no such policies by KIDZEE for New admission.
👉👉And their own policies/Statements proove that, they guys misleading the public and defamed the KIDZEE, INDIA.
👉👉We don't understand how they got the license to run a KIDZEE.

👉👉Please take an immediate action and resolved our problems.

The school is compack without windows or exhaust fan or air conditioning. During summer days, its impossible for our kids to be inside the school. Swimming pool is used once in a year, unprofessional teachers, during vacation they charged fee and van charges, they only focus for clicking photos for all the students, the surrounding area is deadly dirty for the students to survive. She threatens every parent moms not to be around the school during school timing and lot many more complaints.
We don't understand how she got the license to run a kidzee school and play with the toddlers.
The school should immediately get shut down or else we will complain the local police authority.

Dear madam,

My daughter (Ms apurva) was studying at your kidzee jheel road branch (Your branch). She has completed her playgroup last year.
In the month of january 2018, when your admission for nursery section commenced, i and my wife have personally interacted in your jheel road kidzee that we will be shifting/ relocating ourself very soon to ahmedabad. Thus, we do not intent to admit the child in next semister however wished to keep continuity of her education.
Your branch recommended us to pay rs4200/- non refundable registration/ annual fees for such arrangement along with monthly (April) tuition fees of rs800/- (Receipt no 873 dt 19/02/018) for nursery.
Subsequently your branch recommended to pay rs5000/- non refundable annual fees for ordering her uniform and kit along with monthly (May) tuition fees of rs800/- (Receipt no 966 dt 16/04/2018) for nursery.
Your branch told us to pay on the premise that in case we admit kid in kidzee in ahmedabad than her education continuity will remain without admission hazel. However, there will be no dues payable otherwise if we opt out of kidzee.
Opting out from the kidzee was discussed everytime with your branch and it was well known to them that we will be leaving kolkata by end of may 2018.

As reiterated every time we have relocated ourself in may end to ahmedabad and kid has been admitted to near by play school.

I have paid all monthly tuition fees up-to may and annual fees based on your beach recomendation as rs9200/-. Please clarify and help us on following
A. If kids admission was on premise of leaving school by may than why were we misguided for admitting and to pay rs9200/-
B. Now when we have moved out why your branch is harassing us for balance payment which was never informed and told to us.
C if fees are all paid as per your branch mi's guidance than i demand pro-rata refund. Instead of processing that your branch is demanding fees and request for meeting.

I humbly submit my request to resolve the issue and save us from such fraudulent harrsement.

This is regarding kidzee @ symphony homed road beeramguda. I got my kid enrolled to junior kg for academic year[protected] because i had a positive experience at kidzee, jp nagar bangalore in[protected]My work got xfred to hyderabad from bangalore).

We find out that the school is not communicating enough with parents on kids development. There are various ways (Through social media and others) to have active communication and progress of the kid conveyed to parents on a need basis. Even the parents can ask about progress as well. But kidzee beeramguda has not bothered to setup such a communication channel between parents and the school. Me and my wife had given several suggestions/ request to set up social forums such as whatsapp group to keep communication alive on progress of junior kg kids. The school only has a fb group where they only post pictures of school events and that is it!

It has been known that parents are taking additional trouble of calling up school / doing a personal school visit to know progress of their kids, which infact should be the other way round! There is an increasing level o[censored]ncomfortable feeling amongst parents due to this situation.

An esteeemed organization such as zee learn should not hesitate to encourage kidzee beeramguda to increase communication with parents and increase the confidence of the child's progress amongst parents.

Hope this situation is sorted to the best of the parents and kids' assistance.

On multiple feedback and request management not taking care of proper studies. And security, also not there in that school last week. Care takers are 2 members for entire school.
I asked for transfer, they took 1 complete week, saturday to next saturday.
1. But no child code given, no dues not given. 2. On asking multiple times gave missed school kit.
3. No milestone are filled in book,
4. My kid is there in school for 2 full months of 1st culmination.
5 no culmination feedback. They didn't call me for culmination as i asked for transfer

Not at all showing responsibility for small queries.

Pl. be inform you that my wife Heena Lalwani was doing job as a teacher in Kidzee New Branch Kidzee play School Indus town, Bhopal 462026(Madhya Pradesh) India.
In this school, my wife worked there for four months. In this tenure she suffered delayed Salary Payment, situation worsened when last month salary not paid to him. Joining letter not provided him, Traning Certificate not provided she while face the test.
Now School Branch has Shut down and Kid’s parents has Harried of shut down of school in mid tem of school yearly tenure.
She supported school by giving no. of children’s admissions and now a days that are misbehaving with him. She have lost our image for his well wishing of the Kidzee Play School. Opposite the School Management (Owner) daring in such that not paying the Salary as well as not picking the phone calls etc.
This is the humiliation of human right.
So please update us and take necessary action.
Now I will go to Legal for Further proceeding.

When i first admitted my child to kidzee arambag school then there was a waiting room for those mothers who come from far away. But now school authorities do not agree to give us this facility. We come from a distance of 14 k. M. There is no school car for those students who come from far away. We are not from local arambag, if there is rain, then where will we wait for our kids? Then we will wait in the sun or in the rain. It has been told to us in the middle of the session. So i have stopped my son's school from last monday with an application. It is almost impossible for me to send my child to kidzee. It is the right time to issue a rule during the middle of the session. Please do something for my child to continue his school otherwise i would be compelled to redeem my son from this school.
