Hi every body i was willing to start kidzee, so i approach Mr sheel Rakshit in patna, He told that we have already one center running in your district(Aurnagabad).on 5th may 2018 he came to aurangabad(bihar), and cheked the distance from the location where i suppose to open kidzee.He mention that your center is 2 Km far from running kidzee so you can proceed for payment and he mention that with in 3 month will open the center.As per his suggestion...

After one moth pushkar from kolkata he came, and checked that your distance is less than 2km so you can't open the kidzee on this
location.Please look for other location

So I requested sheelRakshit please cancel our project .I dont have other location and return our money.

I spoke with Rohul dutta also, He is also telling the same thing that we cant return your money back.

Dear Madam,

The following are the Sequence of Events, regarding the harassment meted out by your staff to our daughter, who is enrolled in your so called prestigious institution:-

1). On dated 04.07.2018:-

Your attendant behaved very rudely with my mother when she came to pick my daughter from the school. She bluntly told my mother that my daughter will not be allowed to attend the school, if her nails are not cut.

2.On dated 05.07.2018:-

I asked the class teacher that the what post she is holding that in front of everybody she got the right to mis-behave with my mother . And why she has to say us any issue regarding our daughter. She told me that they have instructed her to say that.

After listening her words( class teacher), I simply remain silent as because I understood that the attendant is miss-utilizing her power. It is no use of talking with uneducated people who dose not know how to behave with the parents as well as with these kids.

3. on date 06.7.18

on 06.07.2018, when my mother picked her up from the school, (she was completely sweat comparing to other days)on the way to our house, she was telling “bathroom bathroom”.she was completely sweat comparing to other days. My Mother was under the impression that she wants to go for toilet. But she was continuously pointing towards the bathroom.

When we confronted our child, we have come to know that your Attendant have locked her up inside the bathroom. Due to this harassment meted out to her by your school staff, she got high temperature and is paranoid of attending your school. Because of this behaviour, I was bound to take her to Doctor & over there I have narrated the full incident “.For your kind information” Doctor suggested me: That I should not send her to that school anymore”

I think I have done biggest blunder for ignoring his advice & also not to put a the complaint against the Attendant in the Police station. So that in future they should not do such heard hearted thing again.

4)Today i.e.10.07.2018, when my mother has come to pick up my daughter from your school, your attendant was not allowing my daughter to leave. She was doing it deliberately and was avoiding my mother. Also her class teachers/Attendant did not feed my daughter her lunch. My daughter ate the lunch box which was packed after coming back to our house. How come your staffs are so hard hearted harassing a little child?.Might be she was not well but don’t you think it was the responsible of her class teacher/attendant to inform us that due to her illness she has not taken her lunch.

This is transparently very clear that the teacher/attendant are harassing my child. We have enrolled our child to your play school hoping it be the best for a child of her age. This is a very serious lapse on the part of your institution. Who know tomorrow you people will not hesitate to kill my daughter also.

We are quite shocked that a school of your stature indulges in such tortures. We are compelled to bring to the notice the harsh treatment meted out to my daughter to your higher authorities a or may be to the media and the police also.

Kindly refund my money, as because I am not at all interested to allow my daughter to continues with kidzee . I got a nice lesson from you people.

My child miss kavya dhundhara d/o sanjeev kumar is studing in kidzee school sriganganagar, the school timing is 8.45 am but the van come to take her 7.45 am( schedue is changing on daily basis from last 10 days from 8.30 to 8.15 to 8.05 & now 7.45 am), one hour earlier the max time to reach school from our house to school is 15 min . then why bus is come to take my child approximate 1 hour earlier .

Dear mam/sir, my daughter is studying in nursery class of kidzee hiranmagari sec 4, udaipur (Raj). Here we had alreday given total fees to be paid for nursery which includes everything books kit, uniform and tution fee. Please provide me the details of the actual fee details for nursery of kidzee school, also please take care that they should not collect any extra fees other than the total fee that u mention. Its already being 3months and we have not been received uniform for our child except her every student got new uniforms.

My daughter is in sr. Kg. Earlier school timing was 9 am and suddenly it was changed to 7am. We requested prjncipal to make it 8 am as of other schools do, but she refused. My daughter is missing school almost everyday. We forced her to wake up by 6am to get prepeared and she is vomiting everyday before going to school. It is very much difficult for us now to manage education of my child.

My son is studying jr. Kg in kidzee btm 1st stage, bangalore.
Last week i got shoe for my son from school and it was told to pay rs.500.
I paid and asked for receipt. Staff answered me they don't provide receipt for shoe. Then i came to home and checked shoe price it was labelled rs.449.

I went back to them and asked why it was charged rs.500 if the original price is rs.449. They answered me we charge rs.500 for shoe.

Then i questioned them if shoe price is rs.449 how can you charge me rs.500. But they didn't give me proper answer.

It doesn't matters rs.50 but the way they replied me is not good.
Even i spoke to correspondent even he gave the same answer.

Even lot of parents have complaints about the school. No emergency exit, they run play group till 3rd std in same duplex home which has more strength.

I want some one to do some inspection on this branch.

Mere naam se kisi rahul gaykwad ne kidzee principle kiran wadurkar aur megha bhatt madam k khilaf shikayat darj ki thi ki wo training fee 1500/-teacher se le rahi hai aur salary bhi 2500/- rs de rahi hai. Jabki aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai wo teacher ko 3500/- payment de rahi hai. Main mere naam se darj ki gayi shikayat wapas leta hun. Aur madam par kisi bhi tarah ki koi karwai na ho yeh kamna karta hun...

Complaint about principal
Behavior of principal kidzee school amravati is not good she is always tensed and angry she always insult our faculty she doesn't give much respect our staff if any teacher wants extra holiday for genuine reason she told give ur resign this is not a way to treat our staff more complaints against her so plz look this matter carefully

Kidzee pre school paratwada, maharashtra principle kiran wadurkar & megha bhat has recover training fee 1500/- rs from teacher. This is illegal because training exp has paid by kidzee why teacher paid training fee. Kiran madam paid only 2500/- pm salary for teacher & expect the teacher paid training fee & traveling exp, total cost 3000/-rs pls see the complaint & take legal action.

My name is lakshmi priya kannan. I have enrolled admission for my son at kidzee kodambakkam for nursery. I have paid 14000/- annual feel five days ago. Due to my work situation, i will be leaving the country by next month and wanted to cancel the admission. I have not received the kit but the order has been placed by the school already.

Within 5 days if i want to cancel, i was informed there is no refund of 14000/-. I don't want the kit but refund. Note: only 5 days of payment. School reopens only on june 11. There should be some refund policy which will work in scenarios like mine.

Please some one help me on this

Haven't given water to my ward from 8 am to 11.45 am. I told them many times that my ward is suffering from constipation since she is sent to school. It's of madhyamgram keidzee, subhash pally. I am bound to withdraw my ward. I send her hearing goodwill of this institution. But sorry. I am posting this also in my social groups and contacts.
This is deliberately a lack of responsibility and we are disgusted of this lacking.

my son Satyam Singh student of kidzee Baluatal, Chandmari Chowk, Motihari.

as on March 23 18. we have done purchase order of learning tablet to school, for my son.on time my wife paid 10000/- to School administration person (she was Madam)..now day she is on leave from last month to till date.
whenever we are asking about my order of learning tablet, School administration say madam is on leave ..will come .again and again .

please confirm, is this positive response to parent by school.

Request you kindly take action against kidzee pre school branch kolkata district center baranagar name of the principal (Subhashri basu mallick) and the owner (Mr. Partha ghosh) school has signed me the agreement not to leave school before 1year completion at the time joining confirmation but they hv sack me without any notice or giving any document and asked to leave immediately. School management not giving me any appointment letter nd they hv confirm they will give completion of 1month but after releasing not giving any documentation. Please take necessary action

Request you kindly take action against kidzee pre school branch patti district tarntaran (Punjab) for over charging in admission fee and misbehave of principal due to this we changed our child, s school. This school has take over charges on the behalf of admission fee on every year if anyone goes against them than they they call them wrong due to political support. Do surprise visit and check there total 're admission charges / transport charges / stationary fee / building fund / annual charges/ kit fee /tuition fee and other than activity and function charges.
They have charge hug expensive as these are border area and most of the peoples are not able to pay this but they want to teach their children with the brand. Schools principal have political link and with it two more schools are running in same building. We don't know how kidzee approved 2 schools (Kidzee and the british school i) in one building. Where not have any play ground and any other activities things so request you kindly take strict action against them and let us be judged.

I have twins, they both were going kidzee pandav nagar east delhi since july 2017. They always complaint that teacher slapped me in kitchen area, but i always ignore them, one day i found the finger marks on my daughter's check, when i call in school teacher said sorry to me. Afer this on 13 april. My son come home and said to me, i have pain in my leg. I can' walk, because bindu mam rolled my leg and foot. When i go to school then principal kanchan mam show me only class room footage.in this footage my kides sit in last seat and my son is weeping loudly but teacher don't gave him any attention even she not came to near the child. Principal also support the teachers. They are very careless about the kids. Principal have not manners to deal with parents. She used very abusive language. My son was not sleep all the night due to high pain. We take him in hospital at night. Where doctor said that there is a facture in his foot. Sir please do something about it. This is the matter of small kides. I hope you take a serious action about it.

Kidzee sarvoday enclave south delhi charges very high fees. Monthly fees is 7000 that included cab service at charge of thousand rs. Now owner says fees is revised without any informatn. Demanding for 1500 more for cab as the tution fees is revised 7000. Plz help us. We are unaware of actual fees. She charges according to parents ability. As per my investigation the fees is differently charged. My point is that there should be some measures to check such abuse.

The kidzee, kharadi, pune is not suggestible. Principal looks only for the business not for children education. For lkg she will take fee 45k no discount nothing. For dance class superate fees, for playing games separate fee and for ur children education u should have take the tution in the evening as well because, kidzee doesn't teach any thing. Most important thing teacher are not the professionals, she will recruit only the people who come less salary (With out knowledge also fine). Not more than 3k.

My child was going to kidzee school located in muzaffarpur chakar maidan branch. Play group. One day he came with deep scratch on his face. The principal and teacher said it was done by a child but when we asked for cctv footage there was no recording saved. The scratch has left a scar. It's been 2 months now.. I request to take some action. This was a not so small incident.. Also nowadays much bigger incidents are happening in schools if the authorities are as careless as this one..
