Dear Sir/Madam. I Ahamed hussain F/O Master A. Mohamed Hathim a student of your established school KIDZEE in Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu. India. He is in Kindergarten. I am working in Abroad after analyzing a lot in Internet i selected your school and which is also near by my home. On (13 th of January 2016 ) as usual my son went to school his timing is just 10.30am to 11.30am only. While going he is in good condition only but while coming back his back and faces were full red rashes, we rushed to the school with my kid enquire about this to the school staff, i was very much shocked by hearing their reply (WE DONT'T KNOW HE MIGHT BE FELL DOWN, AND ALSO CRYING FOR A LONG TIME) Then we went to hospital, Doctors where shocked and asked to admit the baby for observation. Now he is admitted in hospital. What a fantastic reply i want to ask only one thing if any baby cries means its there duty to check the baby. if they are not able to find out the problem of baby the need to call to the parents, But they didn't do that. I didn't expect this from such a International School. Even after a small quarrel between us and school staffs, we didn't received a single call from school side about KID health. This shows how much care you people (Kalpakkam KIDZEE) Taking care of KIDS. I decided to stop sending him the the school where there are is no safety for kids.i dont have confident that you reply to this as direct contact is itself no ware useful, still want to convey this. Please avoid such type of activities before another kids got affected.the management of school is such a way that they have claimed money for uniform, almost the year ends still they are giving...great work sir.

I appreciate Mr. Nitin Sharma's verbal abilities (Mobile No [protected], [protected], Kidzee School Owner), But in actual he is a looter, want to know how - please read complete article : In every one or two months at school session; he came across with an new idea on how to befouling the parents in the name of one-or-other foolish activity in school. For example: 1) Rhymes World Cup (www.rhymesworldcup.com) - INR 1000/- per child 2) Summer School Dress - INR 6000/- per child + 2500 per extra for any other stuff 3) Annual Function - INR 5000/- per children (1000 for dress + 2000 for lunch + 2000 for useless gift coupons) The last one is hilarious, they distribute lottery tickets as coupons forcefully to the parents saying its COMPULSORY and by doing so he earns a lot. Not but the least - there is much more to be come in cumming sessions. Most of all these dealing he wants in cash or exceptionally in his personal bank account No [protected] in Axis Bank IFS Code UTIB0000738. * He is an good opportunity for any Income Tax Officer/Inspectors to earn lot of money from him. It is requested all the parents to be away from such burglar and such schools, He will theft all your money with an smile on his face. I am one of his victim (A poor parent) looking for some bank to get lone to let him pay all his demands.

I m Ritu agarwal from kotdwara. Really very upset by the behaviour of teacher specially Mrs. Priyanka. Principle of this school is living in dehradoon and she gave the charge to priyanka and she don't know even how to talk with parents. My son is in play group and she don't know how to behave with a small child. There is no management without principle and priyanka is uneducated for this job. I have choosen wrong school

Condition of Kidzee Sanskar School is very bad and unpredicted. They never any parent to see the class/child activity through CCTV. I doubt about the teacher student ratio there. Sentitation is the other which is under doubt and worried as children are always sick and suffering from cough and cold. They rarely deny PTMS. Management is totally focused towards money making. They are destroying the KIDZEE brand name

​Kidzee. Kharadi Branch, Pune-Maharashara I have a complaint to kidzee kharadi branch, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. I have taken transfer to kidzee Pimple Saudagar branch from kharadi branch, Pune, Maharashtra on 2nd Sept for my kid for JR. KG class. Kharadi branch charged full tuition fees of September month even my kid has attended only for 1 day. Also for initial kit charges is deducted as Rs.9900(books + dress + shoes) that was communicated earlier as Rs.5000. Kit of Rs.9900 is for Jr. KG this is really not acceptable. This is to inform you that my kid was studying in Kidzee Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur 2015-16. We had paid the kit fess[6970 Rs] for nursery kit in 20th March 2015. In the month of May 2015 we got transferred to Panipat Haryana and the admission of my child transferred to Kidzee Model Town Panipat[Very Good One]. In month of August we received Kit for Nursery. Kidzee Shastri Nagar didnt provided us the kit on time nor they couriered the same to panipat. After several follow ups we received the kit on our expenses and now the dress is still remaining. According to the fees which we have paid two sets of dresses to be provided by kidzee but till now the dresses are awaited. School coordinator saying that we had given it to another student and we are suffering here due to this irresponsible behavior of kidzee shastri nagar jodhpur. Every day we had to call them regarding the dresses but from their side they didn't give us any response to our call. They simply told us that even we don't know when it will come and as it will come they will inform us, which they don't used to. When we call regarding availability of dress center coordinator told that we can't provide dress on phone, i said OK i will come to take it away then they asked that what is the dress size, i said 24, they said i will check and call you again. They still don't have dresses with them. We want kidzee to courier the dress to given address on their expenses with in this week: Gaurav Tomar S/O Mohar Singh Tomar H No- 338/16, Street No-04 Rajanagar, Panipat[132103], Haryana Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. This is the matter of Kidzee reputation. My kid is using only one dress repeatedly from last 18 months just because of Kidzee Shastri Nagar Jodhpur. This is what we are getting after expenditure of lots of hard working money. Its been a disaster for me to have my kid in Kidzee. Its a matter of shame to this franchisee. On 30th Mar 2015, I admitted my daughter Ms Chitrakshi Dey (3 Years) in your Play School located in L C Road, Manoramnagar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, PIN- 826001. The class started on 6th of April but after 3-4 days, my child was scared to go to your school. I immediately contacted with principal to know the fact and come to know that due to language problem (We are basically from Kolkata, WB) the child did not understand (Hindi to English) the direction of the teachers. After discussion with principal, I opt to cancel my daughter admission and shifted my family to Kolkata and admitted my daughter in other school in Kolkata. I have asked to return the admission money (Rs 10000/-) and Principal Madam spoken with Mr. Mukesh ([protected]) and told me he is the franchisee of this school and will return the money (may be kit money will be deducted). I told pls return the rest amount and give me the kit. The above discussion was continuing till 1st week of May and I met personally with Mr. Mukesh who promised to return the admission fees. After many follow ups Mr. Mukesh finally told before summer vacation to submit one application stating refund of admission fees and on 14th May I have submitted the application to the principal based on which amount will be refunded. Surprisingly when I have spoken with Mr. Mukesh, told me as summer vacation started, we can’t process your request. Pls contact after 16th Jun. After 16th Jun again I contacted with Mr. Mukesh but received many promises but no refund. Again he asked me to provide my bank a/c details which I sent on 1st of July and on 3rd July he told me that your refund cheque is prepared and someone from their side will deposit the same in your a/c. Till now no amount is credited in my account. I have admitted my child with lot of hopes in your school and my family is also shifted to dhanbad but for such incident I bound to shift them in Kolkata. Such kind of incident is really not acceptable from such kind of renowned school spread across india. Many discussions I had with Principal and Mr. Mukesh which I don’t want to disclose about scareness of my child. Pls help me to get back the amount and pray to GOD that such kind of situation might not happen with any parents. I have also raised the issue with there site but they least bother to entertain customer feedback.

I was sending my 3 years old child to kidzee diamond park from july, 2014.Initial he was avoided to go school.He always weeping .We had think he was small child so he weep.But this year he again weep and told us in school biting him.So, we are conscious about that.But they told us your child is very naught .So expelled you child and you take tc.

Center head told my wife they are closed child in dark room/bathroom when the ask any sough ting.We have seen my child black spot on body. Teacher and centre head (It is young lady .No more experience) is biting him.Parents i am again telling you my child old is only 3 years.

Respected sir after admission all school give student starter kit but kidzee hindmotor principle saying that my child have to clear all session fess means upto march 2016 after dat they provide us student kit if this notice issued for prabhav khandelwal from mumbai then i need this notice in written... After that i can file my case in media or where ever i want... Principle saying we have lot of works so we cant provide u notice in written......

Its been almost three months and still we are waiting the education kit for my baby, We were confirmed that the same shall be delivered with in 1month from the date of admission, Its very unfortunate that brand like KIDJEE does not maintain any MIS and nor even bother on the basic requirement of a student and only concern about fee and marketing. I surprise that when a student does not have his study material and kit with him, How is he attending school and attending classes everyday and on the other hand why the parent will pay fee for those month. Like other parent, I also followed the big name and burnt my fingers, sorry to say but I do not see any quality control by the Kidzee for the franchise, There are other parents also who is having the same issue. Extremely disappointing trend by Kidzee, No chairs provided to kids between age of 2-6years in this sizzling cold in Gurgaon/ Delhi. Kids are left with no choices but to sit on the floor...becoming sick... repeated recommendations by parents, still no action has been taken... i think we still need to do some serious changes... This complaint is regarding the Principal for Kidzee Jayangar 4th T Block who is very rude and arrogant in dealing with me for payment of fees. I admitted my son to a school in Mid June (2014) and agree to pay the amount in installment.I have already made the payment of Rs 19700/- and one installment was due on 10.07.2014 but I couldn’t pay due to financial condition. I requested the principal that i will make the payment on 24.07.2014, Principal refused and said if I don’t pay the fee by 20th she will not allow the child to sit for the exam. Secondly i opted for transport Since July'14 agreed to pay Rs 450/ per month hence i am supposed to pay the amount of 1350/- for a period July to Sep 2014 but principal was forcing me to pay for 7 months, i refused and said i will only pay for July and Aug and will not take their Van service, hence i was due to pay school Rs 900/ (Nine Hundred) and said will pay in a day or two.When i went to pick my child on 13th Aug, 2014 Principal called me and asked to pay Rs 900/-. I said i will comeback after dropping my son and will pay. I Picked my Son from school and then Teacher called me that principal is calling my son, i let my son in and then he did not comeback after 5 min when i enquire her class teacher came and told me that Principal is saying that she will send the child (Took my Son as Hostage) only i pay Rs 900/- This shameful act of the principal shook me, i got scared and rushed back to get the money. This is a very shameful act, i did not choose to go to Police as i am scared that my child, other parents and teachers of the school will suffer more important i am still scared about my child safety in Kidzee School at Jayanagar 4th T Block.I thought i will raise this through this forum.

Hi, I think it is my moral responsibility being a father myself to express the condition of Kidzee preschool located at Kharadi in Pune. It is currently being run in a private property with the name 'Vasundhra'. My son has graduated his preschool from same place and he was not comfortable initially but later adjusted to teachers and maids there. Biggest challenge that we understood for my son that time was the constant changing of maids and very small compound with no management responsibility to engage ALL (not just few) children in different activities. Teachers do have little to no experience in managing small kids and Kidzee thinks that we donot needs skilled teacher to manage children and thats where the problem is. Just providing a small training doe snot make someone fit to teach and engage small children. Now, in new session i thought my son to continue assuming he is already settled with teachers and maids which seems to be a wrong decision. All previous teachers have left and there is set of new ones now. All seems to have no previous experience in managing small children and its been 1 week now and my son is behaving odd whenever he hears about school. No one beats him, no one scolds him but no one care and involve children into activities so that they are distracted. All the time most of the kids simply cry and it impacts other kids. No programme to engage children. I know its difficult but teachers, maids are look un-professional and un-organised themselves. There are so many kids in such a small place and most of them cry makes the place chaotic and noisy, then how would you assume to manage with un-skilled resource and with no planning. My observation if you have to believe me that kids simply vomits at one corner, some kids cry with their bags and bottle on and there is no one to care about. Imagine what those kids might be going through in their minds. As a parent I would advice you to do proper investigation as how your kids day go in Kidzee any branch anywhere and when assured then only send your kids. JUST DONT GO BY SCHOOL's NAME. Lady of Kidzee Kharadi niether allow her teachers to talk to parents and gives us an opportunity to assess how good the teachers are nor does she allow to visit the children in between the classes nor does she provide a link to watch our kids day in school on internet. We know Kidzee doesnot charge less then why should we compromise on quality and when it is something related to our sweet heart kids. Please think and re-think before you send your kids to any school. To me it looks like the goal is just to add more and more children irrespective of knowing your capability to handle the number to increase the business. Its a shame. There is no two shifts in school...Just one where it simply adds to the crowd and this decision is just to please all parents as all want 1st shift and keep the business going.

I was asked to wait for ten to fifteen minutes as there was a meeting going so I told the watchman that I will come a little later I went there after say around two to three hours and was again asked to wait as the meeting was still on. I complied and waited for almost 25 minutes then finally I was called inside but also after all this the principal Madam told me that she won't be able to show me the footage as it is not available today. I don't understand if the footage was not available or the CCTV system was not working why were we informed in the morning that we will be able to view the same later. Even if they found out later that the footage was not getting recorded they should have told me the first time I went there that they don't have it. This kind of acts don't inspire confidence. This complaint is against Kidzee, Vasant Kunj for charging unsolicited fee against no service during summer holiday and pathetic service during normal days. The fee charged by school during admission is Rs 12, 500/- which is for admission fee, books, uniform etc which is apart from tuition & transportation cost of Rs 4200/-. During summer holiday they are forcing to pay the tuition fee as well as transportation fee even though the kid is not attending the same and duly informed to school. My contention is the tuition fee to be paid is towards development of kid and transportation fee is towards travelling from home to school & back, if I will not be availing both the benefit then why school is forcing to pay the fee. During normal days they do not even spent complete 2 hours out of 3 hrs for the development of kid. The same has already been complained to school, however they are not ready to entertain the contention. In this scenario I lodge my request with authority to hear the same and order the school for refund of excess money charged. Since it’s the question of development of kid and the credibility of school cannot be trusted further to sent the child for learning, I further urge the authority to order for refund of all fee paid so far along with compensation towards loss of valuable time in developing the future of kid. An urgent attention in this matter will be required and will be lesson for all kids in preschools.

My daughter (5 years old) is a student of Junior KG in Kidzee Six Mile branch (Kidskemp). They are teaching 'cursive writing' and 'Hindi alphabets' full time to the students of Jr. Kg. ignoring the syllabus prescribed by you. They are also teaching 'phonics' to the Nursery students and 'writing' to Playgroup students. Moreover, their teachers are not competent enough. The teacher of Nursery doesn't even know the meaning of 'phonics'. She just teach the students it as a spelling book and encourages them to memoise the words rather than teaching phonics. Please look into the matter at the earliest, as this is question of building the basic structure of knowledge of a child. Thank you..
