Dear Sir,

Greetings!

This is to bring to your kindself attention that, Ms. Chandni, the principal has misbehaved with us. We have also received similar complain from other parents too who has not opted for higher education at Kidzee.

My Child Shivansh Dosi is with Kidzee Ghatlodiya for 2 years. He is there from play group. Post Nursey we want him to be in school which has till 12 standard so that it reduce our hardwork for finding admission later on. The principal call Mt wife and not only he abuse my child that he will not be able to learn and go to new school so whatever reasons and also tell that he required Kidzee only. The way of talking is like a vegetable seller. The kind of words used are of below dignity of the post she hold.

We are not more concern with the Kidzee, but the way she handle the case is very pathetic. We are in deep pain that 2 years of association with kidzee discontinue like this.

I recommend following:
1) Enquiry of the same incident and with all others parents

2) Transfer Certificate of my child be issued to Shivansh Dosi and sent to us at E 62 Sun Divine 1 Near Prasang Party Plot Opp Unique City Bungalow Targat Gota Ahmedabad Gujarat 382481. Since we no longer want to talk to her anymore.

My son is 3.3 years old. We got him admitted to kidzee sultan Palaya Bangalore on 9 Jan for 3 months. The centre charged 15000/- for the same and told that they will not give the kit but he will sit in play group class and will be involved in the activities . To my surprise there was only one kid in playgroup section. He was not allowed to participate in any of the activities viz sports, annual day and picnic stating that formal admission was not done. And now they are telling he is in day care. This is the way the centre is fooling around the parents. Pathetic service.
Also they wasted my son’s precious 3 months. I wanted to put him to euro kids but got stuck in the false promises made by centre incharge. They are not at all transparent.

My kid is in kidzee and i sent him to learn about knowledge and social skills developing. Education gives us knowledge so that if you are gain knowledge when school is important for us. Also, children may guide their unlimited energies into something positive through the help of events such as sports, and crafts.
You should encourage nationalism not hinduism..doing pujas in school is not my taste sorry and i m totally against with it..telling about festivals is different thing but following is different..
Can u plz motivate our nation and other activities rather than hinduism..

My child is 2 yr 6 months old . I got her admitted in Kidzee Mall Road in play group on 3 .3.2023 .She is having ASD( autism spectrum disorder) on therapy for last 1 yr . She is not urinal/ potty trained .Despite knowing ds facts prinicipal assured us dt they r capable of dealing with such child & there trained midwives will change the diaper once it gets soiled after school . Counsoler had done miscomunication with us and take my baby admission when i aware about that and i aske for refund or admission cancellation they denied.

I am a central government employee. My daughter was studied in Kidzee chingamakha Imphal. I want to take children education allowance for my daughter. My office want registration or recognition certificate from either state or central government. Please provided the details. If you don't have how you run the pre school without government approval....

My daughter is studying in Kidzee Sector 46 Gurgaon in Senior KG class. School is organising annual function on 19th March 2023 without taking consent of parents regarding organising the function in other location. Last year, I had got admission of my child in Jr KG. That time I have paid 16540 rs fee for annual fees, child kit and study material. Due to some reason I could not send my child to kidzee and my child went to school for 7 to 8 days.
Now, I want to get admission of my child in SR KG. When I discussed about fee in kidzee, they refused to refund or adjust the fee (16540 rs).
I request to you that please adjust the fee paid by me, to the fee of SR KG .
I will be very thankful to you.

1. Poor uniform quality, need to fight to get a 2nd pair if the kids need to wear it for 4days a week.

2. Really dirty and unwashed costume rented for the kids to wear during annual day. Horrible. With so much of illness around, this is the least expected from a institution like Kidzee.

3. Mismanagement in terms of providing the transport. Although after months of follow ups and fighting, got it resolved.

Very disappointed with the franchise and the Kidzee management of Pune division. Its a shame. Will never refer anyone to kidzee ever . (Pimpri, Pune branch - Managed by Ashwini Kamble)

Kindly help, I am too bauther and need to your support. I have admit my kid on 10 dec2022 in kidzee school, Birati, kolkata 700081.but counselor not provided proper information about admission fees. She said to pay 15500/- admission fees including kit and 1300/- Tution fees but she didn't inform us that, we have to pay every year admission fees. When I saw notice board one day then I awared about and when I said to her for cancel admission for April session then she denied.
We unable to afford every year admission fees. Kindly help.
And refund my admission fees15500/- and 1300/-for Tution fees.

Hi Team,

Sanvika(my daughter 2.8 months old) had been ad missioned to kidzee playgroup Branch - B Narayanapura, bengaluru and she was to join her classes from Dec, 2022.
On Dec 10th/11th she visited school and it was a 1st day of her.
2nd Day, we left her and came back and then she started crying, and once we accompanied her and asked what happened she said that one of "Aunty" had scolded her. Which, we ignored and taken her back from school.
3rd Day, we again left for school and returned back home. We got a call from Kidzee Co-Ordinator that she puked bcoz of excessive crying. We ran back to school and attended her. There she was constantly explaining that she puked and "Aunty" had scolded her and she said sorry. This was so byheart that she started getting night mare and in between her sleep or whenever she plays alone, she started explaining me the whole thing and once she says "Aunty Scolded" she starts crying, and stopped visited school in fear.

She is in so fear that whenever we ask her for visiting back to school, she starts crying and request me that she don't wanna go there bcoz there that "Aunty" is very rude and scolds her.

But still I managed to take her in that same school 4th day, and I was sitting with her as she was playing around but no one of the KIDZEE TEACHER's has come to entertain her or make fun games or play with her. She was left to play alone. Moreover, No one single teacher was handed to her during her settlement period.

And when we complained and talked with coordinator of KIDZEE, there the ma'am was telling me that she will speak to the child. Leave her alone, give her space.
I told the co-ordinator that on 1st day, I told you that we speak bengali and she is not that fluent in English and Kannada is not her forte. Then on which language you will speak to her? and she is not that old that she can understand you because she is getting scared by seeing you.
In this whole month you should have assigned one special teacher to her".

After all this nuisance we have admitted her to different Playschool and there she is behaving well.

Now, for Dec-March we have paid along with Admission charges Rs 16000/- only. Now, since for December she had visited school only 4 times so we went to the branch and talked to her and asked to deduct the admission fees and to return the tuition fees for jan-March'23 which we have already paid. But, they refused to do that.

I am sujata mother of 2 year old baby girl,
My princess was admitted in kidzee school and day care dwarka sec 17.
Bt it was worst experience due to their service.
My daughter got infected thrice in a month.
They have charged us Rs 40000 as school annual fees and day care fees. My daughter was there for only one month and we have paid for 6 months so we need refund of money.
We are seeking help but no one is responding.

My kid is studying in Junior kg in the Kidzee Kamothe branch. There are so many hidden charges which they ask from time to time. Now, they are asking 2000/- in cash as annual event charges. Holding an annual event is School's responsibility and they take a hefty fee initially to cover all such expenses.

This money minded approach of Kidzee is not good at all.

My son shivansh mishra have studying in nursery class the nail snatching matter occurs 2 time but no action taken by kidzee and 2 days ago again nail snatching I'm my son eyebrow of lower end and eye side it is so dangerous for my son and me .I am fear to send my child to go to school until when problem can't be resolved so please take necessary action otherwise I cant send my child at your school...

I used to stay in Faridabad, sec 86. I admitted my 2yr old son to this School which is named Kidzee located inside Summer Palms, sec 86. My husband got transferred to Kolkata, so we planned to get my son transfered to kolkata kidzee and collected for all the documents from school like TC, registration form etc. In kolkata when I took my son to a Kidzee ( survey park branch), they told me none of the documents are original. They are fake. My child had no child code all the time he was going to Faridabad. So kolkata branch refused to admit him on transfer basis. All the more in Faridabad they used to take monthly fees of 3500 which is more than double the actual fees, I learnt here. On asking for compensation the principal Ms Payal Dagar told they are having some dispute with kidzee, and presently not responding regarding any compensation. I demanded only the mid term admission fees so that I can admit my child in kolkata freshly. They are continuosly lying and dragging the matter. A little child's future is at stake, they are cheating in tje name of education. Even they have no registratn with kidzee, which i checked in the kidzee website. Please help me.

Today while my child is eating her lunch in the school, her class teacher asked my kid to leave the box and stop eating as the given time 1 hour is done, is there any specific time limit is there for a 5 years old kid to finish lunch in 1 hour, this was happened in Hyderabad kidzee Gopal nager branch, this is very ridicules and my kid informed me that her class teacher( Archana) throw away her panicle box when my daughter is looking at her panicle box, when i call and asked the same they are very arrogant to give the answers and they are saying you can complaint where ever you want we can defend our self, this is not the correct way of communication from a reputed chain school, can you look into this and resolve ASAP

My child got admission on 24th August 2022..we were told that school kit will be provided within 15 days..but till today we have not received kit from school side..when I asked they gave 2-3books or teared worksheets from other old books..I want my child to get well educated ..the in charge there is paying no attention in giving school kit..I had paid Rs 24000/= on august 24th..kindly request to handover my child school kit so that he can start his studies..

I enrolled my Daughter Miss Aavya Dwivedi at Kidzee Vindhyanagar with great expectations.The school is run with only two rooms where four classes are run, only three teachers, one of the teachers is a mother of two kids studying there, and one helper.The academics are not of any good quality.The school runs for four hours daily.The Toilets are dirty and there is no power backup, upon long power cuts which are very frequent,...

I would like to bring to your notice that my son Rayaansh Sikri took admission In kidzee sikandarpur branch, muzzafarpur, bihar on 12th April 2022 in playgroup.
This branch is run by Mr praveen and his wife Mrs seema Kumari.

My son was mistreated in the school, on 3rd of Aug after an episode in school, he was so scared to go to school that we had to pull him out .An instance where another child was being slapped by a staff member has happened in front of my eyes few days back which I had reported to school head.
Mrs seema and Mr praveen have very ignorant attitude, and didn't respond to my queries rather they are blaming my child who is 3 year old to be very naughty and always saying your child is different, I would like to know are kidzee owners certified to label a child different are they doctors or child psychiatrist.

I had lost all my trust in kidzee group after having this bitter experience, kidzee is no more a safe place for children and just a money making organisation that doesn't care about a child's well-being.

I request a complete refund of admission fees as my son only went to school for 3.5 months, this school has caused my child and we the parents mental trauma.

The KIDZEE principal in Shreekhetra Vihar Bhubaneswar, Odisha, 751019 had low wage rate for teachers and his not increasing the salary of teachers. He is providing an amount of Rs.3000 to both caretakers and teachers. He collects Rs.18000 from each student and yet is not able to increase the salary of the teachers. I WOULD LIKE YOU TO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK INTO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
