Sir/Madam,
On the first day, after admission of my child in Kidzee belur branch, west bengal, the principal demanded a sum of 5000 repees other than all over fees.
When i asked about it, he said that this is like a donation which is to be paid by you necessarily.
Therefore please resolve my problem at the earliest and take the necessary action against this school branch.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the inadequate care provided to my daughter, Anayra Gupta, who is currently enrolled in the Play Group at Kidzee Pre School, located at Nati Imli Road, Ramkatora area, Piplani Katra, Jaitpura, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001.
My complaint stems from the neglectful attitude displayed by the school staff, particularly concerning the hygiene and well-being of my daughter. Despite being aware of my daughter's condition, which includes mild Autism, the school has failed to provide the necessary support and care she requires.
One of the most concerning issues is the negligence regarding the changing of diapers for my daughter. Despite being informed of her needs, the maid responsible for childcare in the school has repeatedly failed to change her diaper, leading to discomfort and, ultimately, rashes for Anayra. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear disregard for her basic needs and rights as a student.
Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the response of the school Principal when I raised this issue. Instead of addressing the problem and taking corrective action, the Principal callously suggested that I remove my daughter from the school, stating that they are unable to accommodate her needs. This is not only insensitive but also discriminatory towards children with special needs.
As a parent, I am appalled by the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by the school staff. It is evident that they are ill-equipped to handle the diverse needs of their students, particularly those with disabilities. This not only affects my daughter's education but also her emotional well-being and sense of inclusion in the school community.
I urge you to take immediate and strict action against the Kidzee Pre School branch to ensure that such neglectful and discriminatory behavior is not repeated. Every child, regardless of their abilities or disabilities, deserves to receive proper care and support in their educational environment. Failure to address this issue not only jeopardizes my daughter's safety and well-being but also sets a dangerous precedent for the treatment of other vulnerable children within the school.
I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, followed by appropriate disciplinary measures against those responsible. Additionally, I request that the school be mandated to undergo training on inclusive education practices and disability awareness to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that my daughter, along with other children, can attend school without fear of discrimination or neglect.

My daughter was scratched aggressively by another kid of the same group. Both of the kids are very young, 2 years old. The other was able to scratch her face and pull her hair and all this went for straight 10 minutes with no interference from any of the teacher. They were standing right there all along but paid no attention to the kids. The kids are so small! How can you people claim to take responsibility for them when your staff is completely incapable of the same.

My daughter shivangi singh sr kg reading inkidzee saharsa sasank shekhar is director... He is running kidzee and mount litera with same teacher. They are dominating on parents.. Last year my daughter performance was better but this year not a single change we saw.. Ist of all they are doing partiality with parents. I m a chairman of company but while I told to principal they shouted on me. His premises is not at... No playground.

My son is studying in one of the branch of kidzee at karapakkam chennai.
I admitted him in June 2023
I paid all the charges then only including kit charges .
First after repeated request we got uniform that also first they brought size 24 whereas I asked for 26
Along with at shoes also came size 8 instead of 9.
Since then school management is constantly telling that we should wait but now they are saying that the shoes can’t be replaced.
We still have received no shoes
I feel cheated so please do the needful

It has been 5months since my son joined kidzee. Books are still not provided.i have been asking regularly. Centre blames head office. Head office blames centre. But end of the day child and parents have to suffer.
I want the books at the earliest or the money for the books refunded.
The session is almost over.

I am Subramitha and I joined my 3 year old son in kidzee Nagapattinam. First her way of talking is very nice and after one week she did not take care of my child and we the parents also gave complaint about the school bathroom and infrastructure it was very worse that I have ever seen. And mainly she is not having any trained staff. And she is not taking all the subjects daily. And very worst behaviour with parents also and in that school many of the parents changed their kids to another school because of the principal performance and seeing more partiality for wealthy parents not treating a normal parents as like
And importantly because of one parent issue she changed the staff and his child who is studying in that school and dod not care of the staff or other children
I have already given the complaint before one month itself but no action u have taken. So consider this and take a quick action against her.

I had raised my enquiry for franchise in your website as I was thinking to open school...I had received a call from franchise manager today and he was talking very unprofessional ly and rudely that woman changes their decisions immediately so he want to talk only with a male person in family...As I was planning for franchise so investment is my concern not him also in today's world he is spreading male female discrimination perhaps he is unaware of successful woman entrepreneurs.
I want to talk to responsible franchise Manager regarding franchise with my family including me .

My Self Rinku Kumar Das and writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding my child, Shanvi Das, who is enrolled in Nursery at Kidzee School Centre Lokhra, City Guwahati, State Assam,
As per the school's protocol and the fee structure, we were promised a school kit and Uniform for our child at the beginning of admission time in April.However, it is now September month, and despite our consistent reminders with the centre, we have not yet received the said school kit & Uniform from April month to till now. The delay has caused some discomfort for my child, as she feels left out seeing other kids using their school kits with school Uniform. It also disrupts the regularity of her school activities.
I kindly request you to look into this matter as a priority and ensure that the school kit & Uniform delivered to my child at the earliest. I have alredy mailed regarding this problem dated 31 August 2023 @[protected]@kidzee.com but response is zero. I hope to see a resolution to this matter soon.

My self Rahul my child studied in kidzee noida sector 45 branch in Sr KG A he is also a student of day care due to which he has to stay in school for whole day. My wife is also working that is why I had taken day care for him.one day i dropping my child to school his class teacher Mrs Rakhi said that please drop your child on time then I try to explain that he has to stay at school for whole day that is why it is impossible for child to wake up early in the morning because he is not sleept in day care but without understanding my problem and condition of child she replied day care is not my concern, drop your child on time otherwise she will not taking my child in class.Then I drop my child on that day from very next day the condition of my is not stable he got admitted in hospital for 3 to 4 days and his health not stable from that day he got very scared and deny to go school.
All matter discuss with principle Mr Rohit but not getting satisfactory response from his side and my problem remain same.
Please sir take necessary action in this regard so that my child not get suffered.
Because from that day to till now my child is not going school and school staff never ask why he is not coming to school.
One thing I want to tell you sir that the child of his class teacher Mrs Rakhi is also in same school and her sister in law Mrs Ankita is also in same school as a teacher my concern is that she paying attention to his wards only and due to negligency in day care my child got infected and suffer from fever for which he had admitted to hospital
Please take necessary action in this regard

I am asmi gupta mother of riana kejriwal i want to tell u something about kidzee manda bagicha morabadi ranchi jharkhand 834008.
That school teacher is unprofessional there teacher treated bad behaviour with my baby every baby is naughty but can't isolate her because she is naughty.I admitted her in june 27 its only 1.5 month they treated very bad with my child that why i quit that school
so kindly take strict action according to this behaviour.

I am Shreya Nayak, (M.A. in Psychology) an ex-employee of Kidzee Ashiyana Branch, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I was appointed as a teacher of Playgroup from the first week of January, 2023 after completion of my three days training in December, 2022.
During the interview, I had informed Ms. Rashmee Singh ma'am, Director/principal of the branch that due to my plans of pursuing my further studies I will be resigning from my duties before the completion of one-year to which Ma'am agreed. I fulfilled my duties of my tenure with utmost sincerity and responsibility which director ma'am herself appreciated from time-to-time.

Upon joining neither i recieved any offer letter, appointment letter, joining letter nor any employment contract with rules and regulations of joining or leaving the job.

Before the commencement of the new session, Rashmee ma'am asked me if I would complete the new session starting from March/April, 2023 and if not then I should resign before that to which I agreed. I received the salary of January paid in February and she promised me that she will pay my February salary when I will help her with the upcoming Graduation day which was to be held on 24th March, 2023. Thus, I agreed to her request and helped with the arrangements and hosting of the event with all my sincerity, post my resignation.

Since then I have been given excuses such as lack of funds, lack of admissions etc and till date I haven't received my due salary that she promised despite of my consistent reminders and now she has blocked me from all her contact mediums.

I have attached the following screenshots of call history, group chats, my inbox chat with the director/principal to prove my enrollment.

Thus, I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get my promised salary.

This is the continuation of my previous post. We have met the Principal today and checked the CCTV footage and there was no evidence of her hitting our child. So we would like to withdraw our previous complaint and continue to send our child to the same centre.

I am a mother of a 3.5 years old boy who is studying junior kindergarten in Kidzee- Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad. He had studied nursery in the same school and we never had any issue previous academic year. This year we are having a problem with the school’s principal behaviour. She had hit our child so badly that my child is not willing to go to school again. It is having a negative impact on him and is effecting him psychologically. We really want the management to take some action against the school principal.

Hey I am a pragnesh patel my daughter was studied in junior kg at himatnagar gujarat location it's being one month gone where the school was opening but still uniform was not provided to my daughter

Kidzee school charges food expenses for children and provides very little food; despite the principal claims that this sum includes fruits, but they only provide bananas and charge 1000 rps each month. When asked for a picture of the food they are demonstrating, Principal simply denies.

My daughter is in kidzee rasra ballia she is in pg the time of admission the school faculty told that they provide kidzee kit including 4 books bag uniform and a cap the kit charge 10000 rs.we paid for it now they told us ki apko books ghr le jane nhi milega its not our school rules so why they charge for it n how I know what my daughter learned in school
