Hello I have taken pimpri branch pune admission of my 2.5yr daughter since 2 days of school she got I'll so much I don't want to continue so want my installment refund
The admin department told me not possible to cancel admission and refund

This complaint is for Kidzee school located in Sector8 Dwarka, New Delhi.
The staff is very unhygienic and they do not take children to washrooms timely. They just change the diaper if its wet, which is not actually what schools should teach. My daughter was very well potty trained and used to go to washroom herself. We have been training her since she was 6mnths ild. But after going to this school i daily find her diaper wet. Informed the staff and the principal more than 5-6 times but still its same. Now i decided not to giver her diaper, and that day her clothes were wet. This is high level of carelessness. They are just taking admissions like anything without giving attention to all children. There should b a limit of classroom strength so that each child can get attention

I had joined my daughter Maira Sethy in Bomikhal branch, Bhubaneswar in the month of January in playgroup..From April onwards she shifted to nursery..but she has not received any uniform..other kids got the uniform in the month of May.On clarification they are saying we have not received 22 size uniform...In the month of April they had asked me about the size of my child.. And I also said it's 22, but as on 5th July 23 I have not received the nursery uniform..Due to summer, my child gets rashes on her neck due to the quality of previous uniform..I have paid tution fees on time.Then why so delay..they are saying head office has not sent dresses...It's really annoying to listen such type of reasons.. I don't know whose fault is this, whether Bomikhal Branch or Head Office of Kidzee.This is to request you, kindly arrange 2 dresses for the Size number 22 for girl child and provide the same as soon as possible..And also it should be schools responsibility to provide school ID card..But they are providing only cover of the same only.. During joining they said provide extra photo for ID card ..then why they are not arranging for the same...We all parents know that education has become business only.. atleast school can do this properly...

Bad behaviour of the teachers, teachers are punishing kids, teachers are not trained to handle kids . Not enough teacher . Most of the kids are crying while entering the school. Please do something... It's about the future of our kids .🙏

My son is intellectually handicapped.Your school has been opened next to my house.Society people have also forbidden it.Please pay attention to it asap.Shift it to some other place.This is a residential place. There should be no school.

Kidzee school lukerganj ka staff parent ke khilaaf police complaint karne ki dhamki de rahe hai.

I have enrolled my son in kidzee chotta Shimla in March month for the first time. Session started from 27th March . Now school is charging Rs 2000 tuition fee for the full March month which is wrong. Moreover initially school had no clear guidelines or prospectus for fees structure. Different kidzee centers have different fee structure looting parents in the name of the fees, kit charges or what not.Initially school demanded Rs10, 000/- admission fees which included
Registration charges Rs600
Admission fees Rs2500
Development charges Rs1900
Activity charges Rs5000
Activity charges included activities which should be the part of tuition fees. Please find the screenshot of the same in the attachment.
Kit charges is Rs 5000/- which is totally unnecessary. It includes books, uniform, bag and miscellaneous items which should merely cost not more than Rs2000/- but again looting the parents in the name of education. They have miscommunicated fee structure at the time of admission.There is no prescribed fee structure of the school that parents can asses initially at the time of admission. I mailed kidzee as well. But there is no revert from their side. I tried to talk to owners, kidzee cordinator for the zone but all they have nonsense theories. Please check the matter and stop these franchises to loot the people in the name of education.

My spouse was working as a pre primary teacher in kidzee, Nagpur Zingabai Takli Godhani Branch two year before and she deliver her services for one year and left the Kidzee as per team and condition.. The franchise even not paid her two month salary hence we did the police complaint against him for my spouse two month salary . After tha he given two month salary of my spouse. I requested him to provide my spouse Kidzee Traing certificate which she was paid for training along with her experience certificate. So for there is no responce and no confirmation from him to provide .
Kindly help us and provide her import document to that she can move ahead for his growth

Problem with communication, they do not accept anything, it is a torched for us. Very bad behaviour and unprofessional shown by staff and nnd kidzee owner.

This is to bring to your kindself attention that, Ms. Chandni, the principal has misbehaved with us. We have also received similar complain from other parents too who has not opted for higher education at Kidzee.

My Child Shivansh Dosi is with Kidzee Ghatlodiya for 2 years. He is there from play group. Post Nursey we want him to be in school which has till 12 standard so that it reduce our hardwork for finding admission later on. The principal call Mt wife and not only he abuse my child that he will not be able to learn and go to new school so whatever reasons and also tell that he required Kidzee only. The way of talking is like a vegetable seller. The kind of words used are of below dignity of the post she hold.

We are not more concern with the Kidzee, but the way she handle the case is very pathetic. We are in deep pain that 2 years of association with kidzee discontinue like this.

I recommend following:
1) Enquiry of the same incident and with all others parents

2) Transfer Certificate of my child be issued to Shivansh Dosi and sent to us at E 62 Sun Divine 1 Near Prasang Party Plot Opp Unique City Bungalow Targat Gota Ahmedabad Gujarat 382481. Since we no longer want to talk to her anymore.

My son is 3.3 years old. We got him admitted to kidzee sultan Palaya Bangalore on 9 Jan for 3 months. The centre charged 15000/- for the same and told that they will not give the kit but he will sit in play group class and will be involved in the activities . To my surprise there was only one kid in playgroup section. He was not allowed to participate in any of the activities viz sports, annual day and picnic stating that formal admission was not done. And now they are telling he is in day care. This is the way the centre is fooling around the parents. Pathetic service.
Also they wasted my son’s precious 3 months. I wanted to put him to euro kids but got stuck in the false promises made by centre incharge. They are not at all transparent.

My kid is in kidzee and i sent him to learn about knowledge and social skills developing. Education gives us knowledge so that if you are gain knowledge when school is important for us. Also, children may guide their unlimited energies into something positive through the help of events such as sports, and crafts.
You should encourage nationalism not hinduism..doing pujas in school is not my taste sorry and i m totally against with it..telling about festivals is different thing but following is different..
Can u plz motivate our nation and other activities rather than hinduism..

Counsoler had done miscomunication with us and take my baby admission when i aware about that and i aske for refund or admission cancellation they denied.

My daughter is studying in Kidzee Sector 46 Gurgaon in Senior KG class. School is organising annual function on 19th March 2023 without taking consent of parents regarding organising the function in other location. Now school is asking to pay money in cash but Principal and other office staff pressuring us to pay in cash only We have ask if it mandatory from Kidzee then you have to give us receipt in respect of subject amount. They are deny to provide the same.

Today itself staff do not allow our child to participate in dance activity during annual function without payment (Only in cash), which is unethical practice of the school Principal and staff.

Also study quality and pattern is very poor in this school. All the teaching faculty in this school are brainless and unintelligent.

I want to admit my daughter in other school earlier but Principal denied to provide the transfer certificate. Due to which I have to kept my daughter in this rubbish school.

Even in this month also my daughter is not getting any study work she was doing dance only.

I demand Kidzee organisation to cancel the franchisee of this school to protect their image and name.

It is my personal request to all the parents who wants to admit their child in Kidzee, Kindly do not admit in this school. Kindly search for some other school

Last year, I had got admission of my child in Jr KG. That time I have paid 16540 rs fee for annual fees, child kit and study material. Due to some reason I could not send my child to kidzee and my child went to school for 7 to 8 days.
Now, I want to get admission of my child in SR KG. When I discussed about fee in kidzee, they refused to refund or adjust the fee (16540 rs).
I request to you that please adjust the fee paid by me, to the fee of SR KG .
I will be very thankful to you.

1. Poor uniform quality, need to fight to get a 2nd pair if the kids need to wear it for 4days a week.

2. Really dirty and unwashed costume rented for the kids to wear during annual day. Horrible. With so much of illness around, this is the least expected from a institution like Kidzee.

3. Mismanagement in terms of providing the transport. Although after months of follow ups and fighting, got it resolved.

Very disappointed with the franchise and the Kidzee management of Pune division. Its a shame. Will never refer anyone to kidzee ever . (Pimpri, Pune branch - Managed by Ashwini Kamble)

Kindly help, I am too bauther and need to your support. I have admit my kid on 10 dec2022 in kidzee school, Birati, kolkata 700081.but counselor not provided proper information about admission fees. She said to pay 15500/- admission fees including kit and 1300/- Tution fees but she didn't inform us that, we have to pay every year admission fees. When I saw notice board one day then I awared about and when I said to her for cancel admission for April session then she denied.
We unable to afford every year admission fees. Kindly help.
And refund my admission fees15500/- and 1300/-for Tution fees.

Sanvika(my daughter 2.8 months old) had been ad missioned to kidzee playgroup Branch - B Narayanapura, bengaluru and she was to join her classes from Dec, 2022.
On Dec 10th/11th she visited school and it was a 1st day of her.
2nd Day, we left her and came back and then she started crying, and once we accompanied her and asked what happened she said that one of "Aunty" had scolded her. Which, we ignored and taken her back from school.
3rd Day, we again left for school and returned back home. We got a call from Kidzee Co-Ordinator that she puked bcoz of excessive crying. We ran back to school and attended her. There she was constantly explaining that she puked and "Aunty" had scolded her and she said sorry. This was so byheart that she started getting night mare and in between her sleep or whenever she plays alone, she started explaining me the whole thing and once she says "Aunty Scolded" she starts crying, and stopped visited school in fear.

She is in so fear that whenever we ask her for visiting back to school, she starts crying and request me that she don't wanna go there bcoz there that "Aunty" is very rude and scolds her.

But still I managed to take her in that same school 4th day, and I was sitting with her as she was playing around but no one of the KIDZEE TEACHER's has come to entertain her or make fun games or play with her. She was left to play alone. Moreover, No one single teacher was handed to her during her settlement period.

And when we complained and talked with coordinator of KIDZEE, there the ma'am was telling me that she will speak to the child. Leave her alone, give her space.
I told the co-ordinator that on 1st day, I told you that we speak bengali and she is not that fluent in English and Kannada is not her forte. Then on which language you will speak to her? and she is not that old that she can understand you because she is getting scared by seeing you.
In this whole month you should have assigned one special teacher to her".

After all this nuisance we have admitted her to different Playschool and there she is behaving well.

Now, for Dec-March we have paid along with Admission charges Rs 16000/- only. Now, since for December she had visited school only 4 times so we went to the branch and talked to her and asked to deduct the admission fees and to return the tuition fees for jan-March'23 which we have already paid. But, they refused to do that.

I am sujata mother of 2 year old baby girl,
My princess was admitted in kidzee school and day care dwarka sec 17.
Bt it was worst experience due to their service.
My daughter got infected thrice in a month.
They have charged us Rs 40000 as school annual fees and day care fees. My daughter was there for only one month and we have paid for 6 months so we need refund of money.
We are seeking help but no one is responding.

My kid is studying in Junior kg in the Kidzee Kamothe branch. There are so many hidden charges which they ask from time to time. Now, they are asking 2000/- in cash as annual event charges. Holding an annual event is School's responsibility and they take a hefty fee initially to cover all such expenses.

This money minded approach of Kidzee is not good at all.
