They are just money eaters. Being IB school, it's not following school standards. Teachers are not worthy, teaching pattern and activities for kids are not happening in kidzee, mallampet, hyd branch.Teachers and the principal Not even know how to pronounce English words. If we complaint on teachers and then teachers are changing their behaviour on kids and complaining on kids.

Kidzee gudimalkapur school is not safe for children .they told there is wifi facility but there is no wifi .so we r not able to know what is happening.They locked the children inside a double bedroom flat.they tortured children. When we complaint to principal about this she behaves like a animal.she tells lies.Her rude behaviour unbelieveble.
She insults parents.we pay fee in april 2022 but till now we didint recieve any books uniform.And all kidzee schools books and uniforms are sent by kidzee central office But she xerox the text book, stritched uniform out side, tell us buy and bring theseparate notebooks Her name is Shwetha Singh.plz take action immediately on her.otherwise kidzee name is damaged parmanently

My Name is Suresh Kumar. I joined my Daughter Vatsalya in the Junior KG at Kidzee, Hosur. During joining time i discussed about acedamic fee and dropping transportaion fee with Principal Mrs. Sharanya. She confirmed me the transportation fee 600rs/month. I am a working professional and not possible to pick my child after the school. Based on her commitment only I have joined my Kid. I paid full academic fee and After joined she increased the transportation fee 600 to 1200 per month by saying fule prices gone high. Also forcing me to pay 1200rs/month or else told me to make own arrangements to pick up my child. This is totally disappointing for me because as a working professional I joined my kid based on the fee committed by the principal. After joined she is forcing me to do what ever fee she says.. This is totally false commitment made during joining time and taking my situation advantage After joined. please help me on this issue.. and provide me the dropping transportation facility at 600 rs per month as committed during joining discussion.

I am very disappointed with your school branch in Ashiyana Nagar Patna, they don't have prior information about all activity, we know about the activity after 3 month when they sent a receipt through my child. If activity is going on then why they dont share a snaps with parents.
The improvement of my son is zero, they only focus on collecting money through parents
So please dont play with child future and parents money

My son took admission on 23.03.2022 in kidzee bariyatu ranchi, at the time of admission they told me, for uniform you have wait max 20_25 days, but till date 29.06.2022 they are unable to provide uniform.
Fees collection procedure are so effective but service part is pathetic.
During first interaction they promised so many things but till date very few things are fulfilled.
Eg. Yoga on every Friday, from May Monday test etc.
One more important fact :daily school activities is not so clear to parents, means what a child done today in school is mostly unpredictable.
Please see the matter seriously because it is not a business, it future of a child.

My son Shivansh J Mahapatra is studying in LKG at kIDZEE BJB nagar, Bhubaneswar.

Today when my son reaches home, we saw some red marks on his back body and on enquiry come to know from him that Class Teacher Prmila Madam has beaten him.We immediately asked few of his class mets and they also said the same thing.

I went to the school immediately and asked Pramila madam, why she has beaten her, she replied she did not...
Your son is lying... Whether i have any proof that class teacher has beaten him...

I immediately said i will give a police complain and let them enquired into it.

The center head reacted very roughly and said to me my husband is also a police officer and we will take care.

After few minutes, i again went to the school and asked them for TC. The centre head said you give proof that teacher has beaten your son and then only we will give TC.

This is really sad...

Please do take necessary steps and just asked other parents about the class teacher of LKG- Pramila Madam.

I have put this mail to you with a hope that going ahead no more students should get such type of treatment..
They are small kids, below 5years old and such type of events have very bad impacts on child's psychology.

I enrolled my baby to kidzee sector 141, Noida branch on daycare facility. They provide meal also. On the day of incident as soon as my child entered the class they started lunch time with out giving him any settling time. When he resisted they put the food forcefully in his mouth. After the incident my baby was in shock for two days. When a little child leave for a school leaving his parents behind he was already not feeling good and instead of calming him or giving him time to get settled to that school environment their staff just started treating him harshly and forcing food in his mouth. My child got fever because of shock. Please take action I will not let it go.

I am very disappointed with your school branch in Rampur, they don't have air conditioner in classrooms. My child feels so hot that he falls sick every now and then. He has started avoiding his milk and breakfast in the morning as he vomits everything and feel unwell when he enters his class . You are charging such high amount of fees and fail to deliver a basic need to the students. They don't even have a proper ventilation in the class. I am really unhappy with your school . Kindly talk to the respective authority and resolve this matter soon. Install ac in every class . Its a request.

It's a new branch, because of the name Kidzee I put my 4.5 years child in this school, but not happy with the management, children are fighting together biting each other, it's like a zoo. what kind of management is this. i want my money back, please. I will not hesitate to go to consumer court for my son's sefty. take this as a clear warning from my side.

I am central government employee and my kid was in Kidzee. I have applied for children education allowance and higher authority of department asked me to submit Kidzee School's registration certificate (Affilication certificate with local/central educational board). I have approached to school but they are giving me their frenchaize certificate which is not valid

1. Whether Kidzee is Goverment recognized or not ??
2. If yes please provide school registration certificate. I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat

Collecting the higher amount of fees and talking rashly..

Last year in the month of September, 2021 we admitted our Child in Sec-5, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh centre (Pre-Nursery). Now in the month of February school management told us to book the seat of our child in Jr. KG so that they can order School kit including uniforms in advance to avoid any delay.
We paid the annual admission fees in the month of March so that we can get everything on time. But now, today is 12th May and still we haven't received the uniform from school. They are saying that the delay is from the head office. Now, being a brand like Kidzee how you people can afford 2 months delay for such a small thing.
Also, at the time of admission it was communicated that 2 pair o[censored]niform shall be provided but now the school management is saying only 1 pair is approved from the head office. I wanted to know about this unprofessional behavior of school management. Why these changes happens after the payment of admission fees?
I have been following up with the School management but now I am tired and can't follow up for such things and therefore, need to write this email so that this issue get resolved.

I admitted my 2 years old child in kidzee Gudhar (tier 9) whose centre code is WCR4657. Suddenly, I got transferred to Sagar city, MP in within a week. I have paid a amount of ₹20, 000 as admission charge there. So, I want to transfer my child's enrollment in kidzee of sagr whose centre code is F4048. But kidzee of Gudhar is denying to refund
the tution fee. So, kindly refund my tution fee from the previous kidzee so that i can pay the same amount of tution fee in kidzee of Sagar.

The kidzee franchise of sastri nagar school the coordinator mr ravindra ...spoked to me in very illmannered way..when i raised my concerns regarding my child, he and her wife marks personal comments ...even shouted upon me when i asked them about the ambience of the school...the school is in a very torn out stage..in front swiggy and zomato is running and in the back a fashion store is running...no security for child ...any one can go inside, the door is always open... no security guard on the main door...zomato swiggy people are always there... Mr ravindra is very abusive...he shouted upon me in a very harsh way when i talked to him about the appointment for meeting which he was not giving me from some days...on the back side of school some daily wages workers are seen...taking bath and living...which makes higly insecure for my child.
I want my refund i am pissed off...or else i will take this matter to upper department.

We, as parents, always want the best of everything for our children. Kidzee is a brand. We trust kidzee. Hence, we got our child admitted to one of the branches of kidzee in Jodhpur. To my surprise, the premises of the school doesn't seem to be a playschool. The ambience of the school is not at all children friendly. When the same was discussed with Mr. Ravindra Singh, he gave us false assurances that the changes will soon be witnessed in the school premises. Later, after a week, I received a call from Mrs. Amita Singh asking me about my issues. Sadly, she behaved unexpectedly harsh and completely out of the context. When asked for refund, she bluntly said a NO. Now, I want this matter to be taken seriously and kindly refund the fees paid by us which is Rs 24, 100.

My wards takes admission in kidzee patliputra in the year 2021 in junior kg.
my complaint is that I paid the whole amount I.e 23000 for school kit in 2021 but till now kidzee patliputra does not provide me school kit
so I request you to please do some help to get my money back.

My son is in Lower KG at your Malad Centre, Mumbai. We show an article about offline classes to be resume from 7th March, 2022 in Times of India. We inquired about the same with the RM but the said “If we interested about offline classes for our son we should look for different school”.
Now I want ask you is this way you answer someone. If you can’t resume offline classes just tell the reason to the parents. We’ll understand; but what kind of reply is this.
Kindly clarify on this or we’ll compel to go on social media for the service you have been provided.

I paid 5000 as admission confirmation fee in 2019 for my daughter Arna Gupta in Kiddzee school, Ivy Estate branch, wagholi, pune but same is not refunded to me. I would like to refund the same.

Approached to management but they are not ready to pay and adjust the same while seeking admission again in Sr. KG class.
