I took admission for daughter at nursary for midterm, and due to some unavoidable medical emergency, we need to cancell admission, taken all follow up from last 2 days. But kidzee saying can't cancel...they should have some policies for urgent matters...kindly request to get my refund back..

I made an admission for my daughter named Aarvi Chauhan at Kidzee, Thirumenahalli, Bangalore-560064 Branch in January 2020. I paid in advance about[protected]+250) INR to Ms. Monalisa for pre-nursery and Nursery for the year 2020-21 plus another 1500 for annual function which was canceled. So total amount paid adds to 48650 INR. After a months’ time the school was closed due to COVID. I followed with the school management many times, but they didn’t do any online classes for the year 2020-21.
This year for the session 2021-22 I approached Mr. Praveen-Center Head many times. He said they would start classed in July but later cancelled. They made a proposal to transfer the kid to their own preschool brand from Kidzee as they are not having admission in Kidzee which I declined. I asked them to transfer my kid to another branch or refund the advance fee taken. Mr. Praveen stopped answering my calls and messages thereafter.
After that they stopped picking the calls and ignored all means of communications. I reported this to the Kidzee south zone center, the person there Ms. Shwetha acknowledge the problem and also told me that the branch didn’t do the child admission properly in system despite taking the fee in advance. They assured me action but till today nothing has happened the regional center people also don’t entertain my calls or messages or just respond by saying we will look into this. Ms Shewtha later said she does not manage the branch and asked me to contact Mr. Venkat who manages the branch. Mr. Venkat doesn’t answer call or WhatsApp messages. I tried approaching the Kidzee head office numbers many times, but they aren’t working. Finally, I was able to talk to one person named Shipra on their franchisee enquiry number, but that person didn’t help either so I being a parent feel cheated by such a reputed brand. I want my hard-earned money to be refunded to me asap.
This just a brief of the situation I can provide specific details, whenever required. I am attaching the payment receipts/Bank statement for reference along with my emails sent to the branch with no response received.

This company is a real cheat headed by top cheater, their business head...
We took their franchisee and they simply cheated our money.
We would request all not to take any franchise from this bogus cheaters..
Their business head called me in their office and used all abusive languages. Not sure if the person was drunk...
We took their franchisee for asansol location.. They even tell us to conduct physical clases during this pandemic time and asks us to get a written mail from parents.. Such cheats are they.

Please provide standard syllabus for jr.kg class running in all your centres ... teacher's are running behind the syllabus not clearing concepts.
Provide at the earliest.

I had made the part payment of Rs. 10, 000/- for my ward admission for the academic year 2020-21on 31.12.2020 for Nursery after few request from Kidzee head of Panchpakadi, Thane (W)

On 21th march before starting the academic year, the global LOCKDOWN was imposed due to COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this, the admission can't be possible at that time and till Jan’2021 was waiting to get the situation normal and school to reopen physically as my child was small and didn’t want to make him study online also, he was not ready to sit online and do schooling.
On 26th Jan’2021 had sent email to Kidzee head of Panchpakadi and requested her to refund my amount. Till 16th July she was giving me false hope that Kidzee is deciding on refund and they are in process and on 16.7.2021 she messaged me that Kidzee has decided not to refund money. After this also I requested her to pls try and get me refund. She always messaged that she is sending reminders and all to Kidzee headoffice . She never used to answer my calls and now she also stopped responding my messages.
Also, in playgroup they had taken extra fees from me then curriculum fees and when I highlighted this later in 2021 on checking, that refund also they have not given yet.
I am surprised that such an esteemed and renowned educational institution can cheat the people like this.
Kindly request the management to look into this matter and refund all my money PLAY GROUP EXTRA CHARGED and NURSERY ADVANCE.

In Mannivakkam kidzee school there was english teacher saranya ma'am showing partially between students. She is only encouraging her favorites. And, just fully avoiding another students. During the class time she also she is not answering to some students.its just preschool they are children why she showing partiality.please make action....

My son Master Ansh Kumar studies in kidzee school virar in Year[protected] for Sr. KG .
I required Bonafide certificate for reimbursement from my organization Indian Railway but cheasing from 4month not issued by concern athourity Pl. Look into this matter seriously.

In the school online classes are not working proper on time. School management not listen our voice. Management not picking phone when we call them. More disappointing then any Kidzee school.

we have taken admission of our child dt 13 April 2021, in Kidzee branch at that time school promised to arrange online classess, but in last 3 month, only 4 classes been taken by school, now no more parents are interested for admission of that particular, branch of kidzee, we are requesting to transfer our child to another nearest branch, but His Principle Mr Rajeev ji, is not started online classes nor agree to refund our annual charges,

Requsting to higher management such kind of franchise owner are spoiling the brand name of KIDZEE. please immediatly take strong action against
KIDZEE NEERAV NIKUNJ, NEAR KK NAGAR AND BHAWNA STATE, AGRA 282007, Mr RAJEEV.

We joined our Kid in LKG on June 14 2021 In kothapet Hyderabad branch . In the online class After noticing and observing many times about the wrongly taught symbols by your staff and also we have experienced the sheer negligence and disobedience gesture in addressing this issue. We value our kid's preceiving nature and want to conserve this.

Kidzee is charging 8000 rs for kit having only 3 books inside... And when we asked the school authority they told head office is sending these... No notebooks given no material... During this panademic... Kidzee is charging lot... Plz look into the matter... And also plz send me the contact no where we can call and talk to the higher authorities...

My son was admitted to Kidzee Thirumenahalli branch on Jan 29 2020 for the Nursery- Early Start (Batch 6). Rs.46900/- and Rs.1500/- were collected as part of the tuition fee and annual day fee respectively.The classes were suspended from the 2nd week of March 2020 as the covid cases rose in Bangalore. Kidzee Thirumenahalli failed to provide online services including homeschooling kits. We were assured that fees will be adjusted to the next academic year. This year also no online classes are planned and request to refund the money was also denied. Please resolve this ASAP.

Teacher dwara parents ko Gumrah karne

We are a tenant in this address with the commercial billing model. We have got huge billing for the past 2 months as Rs.2404 for the service number of[protected] and Rs.2995 for the service number of[protected], we have closed the school premises too from April 26th, There is no usage of EB at all in that time, so pl check the excess billing.

I got my 3 yr old son(Dhananjay suryavansh) enrolled in kidzee on 1st April 21 -in air force area, jodhpur branch. 1st online class was suppose to happen on 10th April 21 but did not happen. 3 classes happened on 14th - 16th April 21. Thereafter, till date no class.

I had paid full fees + fees from April to June 21 (total 19830/-).

There has been no updates by school owner/co-ordinator as to why the classes not happening or when will they happen even after numerous attempts to contact the school.

There is NO ATTEMPT by school to call, message, mail or contact parents to update on situation leaving parents in lurk.

My son precious years are getting wasted because of this kidzee brach. I want to cancel my membership and want refund so that I can admit my son in a school which can ensure his education and learning.

I am attaching fee transaction screenshot and chat with school owner...I request and expect full co-operation and fast refunds for my kids future.

My son Risan Chakraborty is studying in KIDZEE Birati Kolkata and it has been now come to know that I could not claim any against Children Education Allowance due to that Kidzee is not recognized by any State/Central Govt or any other administrative authority.
so it is requested kindly clarify about the matter and provide me the registration no so that I will be able to claim CEA.

Hi, This is to bring to your notice that Kidzee Porvorim Goa didn't return my refund of Rs. 5000/-. My son was studying in Jr. KG before the pandemic. So I didn’t put him in Sr. KG 2020. So when in 2021 when I inquired to put him in Sr. KG, I get to know that they closed the school. And they refused to give any transfer certificate for admission in any other school and they refused to give the deposit also. This is an unacceptable behaviour. Kindly look into the matter.
