My son Rishaan Chakraborty got admitted to Kidzee School, Pratapgarh, Kolkata last year in Nursey class. This year school authority asked the kit money from us in Feb and started giving us pressure. We gave the money on 8th March 2021, money receipt attached.
then we got our son admitted to a higher school in April.
Naturally he is not attending any class in Kidzee.
I contacted so many times with school authority and my wife contacted but they refused to refund the money amounting Rs. 13430.

I requested admission cancellation for my Kid Kiaan Arora, however the NND Kidzee Gaur City 1 branch has unethically kept a total fees of 26800 Rs and are refusing for any refund.

I had made the part payment of rs 6000/- for my ward admission on
19th October 2019 for the academic year[protected].

On 21th march before starting the academic year, the global LOCKDOWN has been imposed by the GOI due to COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this, the admission can't be possible at that time and till date I was waiting to get the situation normal but instead of getting normal it is getting worse.

My son is studying in Kidzee Shyamnagar (West Bengal) which is affiliated by Zee Learn Ltd. vide affiliation no. E-R-C-2786. I am a Central Govt. employee. My application for Children Education Allowance has been rejected with observation that Kidzee is not admissible for Children Education Allowance since it has no recognition either from State or Central Govt. So, the question is how Zee Learn is running such a big network without any Govt. affiliation/recognition! An early response is requested.

Please help in getting the authentication required for the Kidzee school running in greater Noida, Uttar pradesh, Eco village 2, C4-005, 006.
Owner name is shalini singh and Sujit kumar.They are parallely running two school, one is behind atellar jeevan and one in eco village.
As from my society many parents have complained that she took the money and not giving the releaving letter for the kids.
Also let us know how we can approach legally to file against this owner of the school.

Due to pandemic I was stuck in a different location and could not collect his school leaving kit. He is now studying Grade 1 in another school and needs a school leaving...

Mr Yogesh Goel and Manju Goel who own franchise of kidzee zirakpur, are a big fraud. They are best described as bluff master and bluff queen. He along with kidzee is taking advantage of Corona by taking all the fees from students but not paying rent to landlord. Shame on you people.
Landlord has sent several reminders and notice since 8 months but he is not picking phone and not paying more than 5 lakh is dues. This is the only source of income of the landlady.

My Daughter Diksha Mandal read in Jr.KG Kidzee Diamond park..The study centre not giving any kind of study kit to us...I readmitted my Daughter after paying 17, 000 but still not received a single piece of thing...The others students of her class had received all the study material... Please look at the matter...I decided to go to consumer court as the study centre is really ignorant about our problem... please solve the problem as early as possible..

I'm parent of kabbya chandra roy in kidzee school, 54ft road, durgapur 713213, center head mr. Chitta datta (Not physically center, it's virtual center)
On march 2020 i paid 12000/- for the admission fees (Including study kit)

At april this center was uprooted and make it virtual center.in whole month class teacher miss riya was sent home work project through whatsapp and we workout and return through whatsapp. No telephonic communication or online communication but every month day 1 to 5 they calling regular basis for tuition fees.

Last month (August) i did not pay tuition fees due to last 5 month i'm not received any kind of study material. When i asked to center head mr. Chitta datta (Mobile no. [protected]) and anupam they told me that, "at first you payment whole year tuition fees and received the study kit".

I request to you please refund my money as below listed
1. Admission fees 12000/-
2. Tuition fees (900/- x3) 2700/-
3. 3 month demurrage charge 25000/-
Total thirty nine thousand seven hundred rupees.

My humble request please refund my money.

After many calls am able to get some part of child kit. (Bag, slate, water vest and cap) worth of rs. 2000 max. For paid amount rs. 11, 704 the refuse to give the work sheet. Atleast considering covid situation you may share the work sheet.

I'm the parent of Sr KG kid studying in Kidzee school old mig BHEL Hyderabad. Due to the covid pandemic situation and the current regulations by the government, classes are not to be conducted.

Online classes are being conducted for a group of 25 students and a single teacher.The teacher will not be able to concentrate on all the children due to this online mode and hence these online classes are very stressful for both the kid and the parents.

We are not using any of the facilities of the school like the premises, other services of the school.Parents are also concentrating in trying to finish both the class and home work.

In spite of all these efforts put in by the parents, we are forced to pay 100 percent fees just after conducting classes for 3 months by the principal of the school. We have already paid 75 percent of the fees, but only due to the balance 25 percent all the parents IDs were deleted from the online class group and even login id into kidzee app also deleted.

Request the concerned agencies to take necessary action and help us in the matter.

I am the parent of sr. Kg in kidzee bhel old mig branch. My kid is with kidzee from nursery and now he is into sr. Kg.

We paid rs. 35, 000 out of total fee rs. 55, 000 before academic start at feb 2020. They started online classes around april end or may 1st week daily 1hr.

After couple of months principal started asking to pay balance amount from july as monthly rs.5000 just to continue online classes. Also sending messages to close balance amount rs. 20000 before october 2020.

In this pandemic situation govt released go’s on payment schedules and she is not following that and she will implement her own rules to collect amount.
Now in august last week without any intimation she removed us from online classes and also not responding for calls. Even we reported to rm and no action taken yet.
When we asked why you removed us she replied very rudely that you didn’t pay balance fee and thought you are not interested in continuing online classes. She decided her self that we are not interested, but my kid till she removes attended every day without fail.

So after paying 35k and continuing with same branch from 3 years, this is the value and respect we got from her. She is still saying pay balance fee and join online classes. When we ask why to pay full amount, she replies it’s up to you if you want online classes pay and join.

That too all 25 + kids in one group in online class. How come online classes and class room interaction is equal?

The way she is approaching in asking balance amount is very rude and showing her attitude on her replies without any respect.

This is how kidzee helping parents in this pandemic situations. Big salute. Now i am really feeling very bad that i joined my kid in bhel old mig branch.

I am a parent of KIDZEE student UKG from BHEL Hyderabad Branch. We have paid Rs. 35000 few out of 55, 000(what we have agreed to pay at the time of Joining). As in Current situation government passed the GO to collect only the tution fee only, but she is demanding entire amount of 55, 000.

Same time, she has removed from online classes, total 14 students removed out of 21 students which they have not paid the rest amount which is 20, 000.

So all the parents are requesting that as in this Pandamic situation, we could not pay the amount until the schools are re-open, but she is not ok for that, hence without any information she has removed all the students.

Even, if we are trying to meet her in school, she is not willing to meet parents and she is saying out of station.

Also, she is not willing to talk in a group and she has given rude reply with one of our parents

We as a group, thinking that to raise a complaint against to school management to commissioner of education Telangana.

Kindly advise here what could be done.

We paid 70% of fee. But due to present pandemic situation no direct classes are conducted. Only online class are going for some time.

Now kidzee management is asking to pay balance (Complete 100%) fee without starting direct class.

We joined the kid in school to to play and interact with friends along with joy of learning. Same is not happening in online class. Online classes are no way replace class room training

At present scenario insisting to pay complete amount will only show the attitude of "pay money or go to hell"

My son was studying in Kidzee Hoodi, Bangalore in Nursery and before closing the year, we have got his admission to Junior KG there itself. Paid first installment 25000 in February. Due to Covid 19 we had to shift to Kerala and thus asked for admission cancellation before starting the online classes. We have not received school kit and neither attended online classes. When we ask to refund the money, they are telling there is no refund policy. In the current situation its difficult for us to continue with that school, hence could you please help here to get back my money?

Hello. My baby is small so i kept him in creche since the stay duration was long i thought for the kidzee sangrur (Punjab) school too but the session will start from april 2020, so i thought until the session starts at him attend the school by paying monthly tuition fees a d in advance i paid rs.15050 for the new session 2020-21 and i was told that unless we will not submit the prospect the kit will not come. I hv not submiited the prosoect till date. On march 5th stop attending school due to corona. School was closed.. And lockdown started from 23rd march 2020 and in between they was not in touch with us. On april 2020 they started sharing worksheets in whatsapp. How is it possible to do online study of 2.5, year baby... I want my refund the addmission fees. Bcoz why i will bear the loss. Neither i submitted prospect nor my baby is going school.in actuly i will be going to take admission in april.. But during the panedemic how it is possible to take addmission so its responsibilty of school to undstd the problm of parents and refund my addmission fees..

This is regarding Kidzee Haridevpur.

Its been 6 months that the last session is over. We were supposed to get the school kit and the certificate of last year in March..and still we are just following up with local representative here. I feel being cheated by Kidzee haridevpur..!!! Thought Kidzee to be a brand under zee learn !

Didn't get certificate and kit back for last year yet..!!! Also no one updates for same until we call and followup.
I'm surprised how come a learning institution like Kidzee operate in such a way.

My son is 3 yrs old., take admission in play group in feb 24 2020. I paid 15000/ at the admission time including kit charges and paid March month fee of Rs 2550 also but now i get kit but They r saying we can't provide whole material at a time.they provided e one bag and 2 books and one uniform set only . Is this the charge of rs 15000+2550 . Before getting all book u should hv to pay further fee. I m very disappointed with kidzee. They took online classes. But not worthy for my son all things i hv to make his learn. They are asking full fees without giving tuition or education to my kid also they removed me from their Group of online classes how can they do this .Is this the India .If they van't provide me whole material of kidzee then plz refund my money. and also they have to understand this pandemic situation of COVID-19. Kidzee refund my full money or I will file case against you or allow my kid for classes .

My name is shreya. Maine es year apni beti ka jo 3 yrs ki h nursery me admision krya h feb 2020 m (Rajendra nagar hingana road nagpur 440016 maharashtra) admission k tym p hi maine unhe (Owner : ms. Ranjana) ko 12000/ paid kr dia tha. But lockdown hone k wajah s class toh ho nai paya aur wo onlie class leti h aur bta deti h yeh padhna h bache ko ap prepare krawo kit manga toh kal kit dia h usme 1 workbook aur rhyems ki book h jo online class s alag h bolti h yeh practice k liye h ghr pr baki books hum school m dete h. Ghr nai le jane dete.
Dear sir plzz refund kra dijiye mera paisa. M middle class s belong krti hu es lockdown m halat waise hi kharab h hamare liye bhtt jyda h 12000 aise hi de dena. Plzzz i rqst u.

My daughter is 3 yrs old. I get my daughter to take admission in nursery in feb 2020. They r saying we can't provide whole material at a time. They are saying uniform is not come from headoffice and book u will get in 3 month cultimation wise. Before getting all book u should hv to pay further fee. I m very disappointed with kidzee. They took online classes. But not worthy for my daughter all things i hv to make her learn. If they van't provide me whole material of kidzee then plz refund my money.
