This is regarding Kidzee Haridevpur.

Its been 6 months that the last session is over. We were supposed to get the school kit and the certificate of last year in March..and still we are just following up with local representative here. I feel being cheated by Kidzee haridevpur..!!! Thought Kidzee to be a brand under zee learn !

Didn't get certificate and kit back for last year yet..!!! Also no one updates for same until we call and followup.
I'm surprised how come a learning institution like Kidzee operate in such a way.
Would like to speak to someone responsible pls.

My son is 3 yrs old., take admission in play group in feb 24 2020. I paid 15000/ at the admission time including kit charges and paid March month fee of Rs 2550 also but now i get kit but They r saying we can't provide whole material at a time.they provided e one bag and 2 books and one uniform set only . Is this the charge of rs 15000+2550 . Before getting all book u should hv to pay further fee. I m very disappointed with kidzee. They took online classes. But not worthy for my son all things i hv to make his learn. They are asking full fees without giving tuition or education to my kid also they removed me from their Group of online classes how can they do this .Is this the India .If they van't provide me whole material of kidzee then plz refund my money. and also they have to understand this pandemic situation of COVID-19. Kidzee refund my full money or I will file case against you or allow my kid for classes .

My name is shreya. Maine es year apni beti ka jo 3 yrs ki h nursery me admision krya h feb 2020 m (Rajendra nagar hingana road nagpur 440016 maharashtra) admission k tym p hi maine unhe (Owner : ms. Ranjana) ko 12000/ paid kr dia tha. But lockdown hone k wajah s class toh ho nai paya aur wo onlie class leti h aur bta deti h yeh padhna h bache ko ap prepare krawo kit manga toh kal kit dia h usme 1 workbook aur rhyems ki book h jo online class s alag h bolti h yeh practice k liye h ghr pr baki books hum school m dete h. Ghr nai le jane dete.
Dear sir plzz refund kra dijiye mera paisa. M middle class s belong krti hu es lockdown m halat waise hi kharab h hamare liye bhtt jyda h 12000 aise hi de dena. Plzzz i rqst u.

My daughter is 3 yrs old. I get my daughter to take admission in nursery in feb 2020. I paid 12000/ at the admission time including kit charges but now yeasturday i get kit but they are not given uniform and worksheets and ryms book of kidzee.. They r saying we can't provide whole material at a time. They are saying uniform is not come from headoffice and book u will get in 3 month cultimation wise. Before getting all book u should hv to pay further fee. I m very disappointed with kidzee. They took online classes. But not worthy for my daughter all things i hv to make her learn. If they van't provide me whole material of kidzee then plz refund my money.

Reference is made to the times of india news paper dated 23 apr 20.

As per above referred newspaper "the assam government, by an order, has asked all private school in the state to waive off 50% of fees for the month of april for students of pre-primary to class xii and also barred them from hiking fees during the covid-19 pandemic period or imposing pay cuts of teaching and non-teaching staff. Any school, which violates these instructions, will face action under the disaster management act and will be closed down, ” education minister himanta biswa sarma said."

After the clear instructions from the government, the kidze school goraimari, tezpur has doubled the monthly school fee from rs.1000/- to rs. 2000/-.

It is requested to enquire kidzee school goraimari for doubling the monthly fee during the covid-19 and punish the school for not obeying government orders.

My child is studying in jr. Kg, i already paid a fee of 10000/- in april, that they added as kit charges which includes few pre school books, bag, school dress etc. I am not getting y we have to pay for dress and bag, if my child already have of last year. Secondly. Of jrkg they are charging 1500 as monthly fee in this session. Even if they are not able to provide proper class, like they are just sending pics on whatsapp and ask us to learn your kids. If i have to teach him then y i pay 1500 again. For books you already chared too much price. I also want to know they dont have any authority to ask them about fee schedule and other cost they are charging. We sent our child in pre school, so that he can sit, play with friends and learn how to eat and discipline.

Hi i had enrolled my kid for sr kg as part of an early bird admission program in december. I had paid 15000 towards it. Now due to covid 19 pandemic, i don’t want to send my kid to school. When enquired, the school says no refund possible and to take the kit they are demanding additional 5000. Pimple saudagar branch, pune

Hii we complaint against servay park kidzee brunch... they are not to do any effort for school candidates... even jo working parents ke liye morning main class karna mushkil ho raha hain uske liye kuch v soch nehi raha hain... all time they ignore sare genuine camplain... we think kidzee humlogoke lite bilkul hi bad choice tha... ihape kids ko lekhar koi fikar nehi hain sirhan fees do baas baat khetam bachaa class kar paye iya nehi bachaa sikh pa rahe hain iya nehi koi farak nehi parta...evening online class v nehi kar parade hain iye log sirf ek hi class jo hain 9 o clock bas wohi... iska kuch salutation hain????

The constitution of india does not confer the status of national language on any particular indian language. 22 languages are listed in the 8th schedule as languages of india as of now. Both hindi and english are official languages of the union by virtue of official languages (Amendment) act 1967 which was necessitated by the strong protest from the non-hindi speaking states during 1964-67,

Twenty-two official languages ​​in india. According to the constitution, every language is of equal importance and equal priority. Making one of these official languages ​​a must in education means undermining the importance of other languages. Language is our identity. There is no difference between denigrating language and denying your existence. Because language is your fundamental right. And the fundamental rights of other people (Read in hindi) cannot be more important than your basic rights.

I have no reluctance to learn hindi. Not in any language. But who will or will not be proficient in any language is his personal freedom. It may be due to literature, it may be due to work. But it cannot be imposed.

Why kid zee school calls hindi as the national language as we do not have any national language. And this language is being made compulsory. Again it is being said that books in languages ​​other than hindi will not be given from the school. They are asking us to buy from outside. Why such discrimination?
Why should we go to buy from outside? Where we all give equal money to the school, why are there such differences with us. We should respect the official language. Our fundamental rights are being violated.

Sir i m army person,,, mujhe kidzee pe viswas tha esliye maine use yha daala,, mai btana chahta hu ki mujhe children education allowance form fill krwane ke liye 10 din jana pra,, phir v form es trah fill kiya gya ki mera form reject ho gya,,, dubara fill krwane gya to bola gya school khelna ke baad,,, jbki office khula hua tha lekin mera form fill ni kiya gya,,,

Newtown kidzee sarachi situated at ba 178, street no 132, new town, action area 1b, kolkata, india did not refund my money till date ie[protected]. I took admission of my son in the year 2018, in the year 2019 he reached nursery but due to some circumstance i had to move them to my home town in the month november 2019, the proprietor mr durgesh kashyap who runs the school provided me transfer certificate of my son from his school. He also assured that some after few days he would refund my money after calculation but till date ie[protected] no refund was done. Eight months has passed neither he picks up my phone nor he reply me on mu messages. Very pathetic response such person who runs such prestigious school.

Considering with current pandemic and respect to government order, no monthly fee revision for kidzee children

I took admission to my daughter in kidzee velachery for academic year 2020 in play group. I paid 14900 rs as a amount for kit. But unfortunately due to covid 19 pendamic i don't think this year i can send my daughter to school. So i called for concerned person asking refund. But he refused refund. It is not 500 or 1000 rs. It is wholesome of 15000 rs. I want my money back

I had deposited Rs 3, 16, 000/- with Kidzee some three months back for opening Kidzee school in Nowshera, Distt.Rajouri, J&K. But because of some problem I had to decide against opening the school. My communication with Kidzee representative Mr. Dogra did not bring any results. I want my deposit to be remitted back. Kindly do the needful.

I have worked with kidzee vikalp khand, Lucknow for 8 months on a salary of ₹7500 pm. At the time of joining i was given a offer letter which clearly stated that if i leave the job i have to intimate the management a month prior through a written application or i can give them my one months salary and same will be given if they terminate me/my services and completion of one academic session is mandatory. The offer letter was signed and stamped by the management. But during the pandemic of COVID19 the school management terminated my services without any prior information and stating the reason of my pregnancy. They are now denying to release the salary for the next month (notice period) as stated in the offer letter and asked to discontinue the services.

One of your franchise name AGARPARA Kidzee running their school without rent agreement, trade licence, health Licence, fite Licence, a legal bank account and other.School building is very old about 70 years.Every day it is going a dangerous position as because wall and roof so any day any time it will be cause of an accident

Due to corona government has ordered for closure of all school and college but their is a information that kidzee school of bariatu ranchi jharkhand is still open and teachers are being sent for training purposes in ranchi at other locations which is a type of gathering and in corona gathering is to be avoided... So requesting you to take necessary actions.

I'm tohsif patel, one of the desired person who wish to start kidzee school in new mumbai with my friend nikhat. I have to write this because o[censored]nethical way of operation done by representatives which is unexpected in reputed company like kidzee.

I was dreaming of this to start from last two years and when finally after seeing three to four properties we have finalized with your marketing head mr. Nishant singh one property which was perfect according to him. After getting confirmation we have paid one month rent in advance to property owner. Mr. Nishant asked us to pay franchise amount of 3, 20, 000. We have been asking for confirmation letter, but he insist to pay first franchise amount to proceed further, without any hesitation and trust for your company we paid the franchise amount. Later he told us that operation manager approval will be given after visiting property, which at first place should have be done before asking franchise fee.

After the visit of operation manager mr. Lagnjit, he said property is not ok with respect to required criteria of kidzee policy.

When we have requested for refund, they say it is not refundable.

First the process is very unethical way to ask for franchise amount when the things is not approved from your company. People believe by trusting the name and this has made bitter experience with your operating process, to regect the property after receiving franchise amount.

I'm tired of searching new property and request you to refund my amount.

My child is studying in jr. Kg in kidzee pre school sec-19, dwarka, delhi. As you must be aware that in the wake of corona virus (Covid 19) scare across the globe, delhi govt. Had ordered closure of all primary schools till march 31, 2020. But in clear violation of govt rules, kidzee sec-19 dwarka delhi has re-opened on[protected]. And are forcing us to send our wards to school, that too when the who has declared it as a pandemic and central govt is about to invoke epidemic act. When confronted, its representative told us that they are not liable to follow govt orders as kidzee is not a primary school and the said order is meant only for primary schools. I mean how come a reputed pre school like kidzee be so insensitive to the cause or health of our kids. And all this is happening under the nose of south west delhi district administration and district education officer. Therefore, it is requested to take prompt action against the school authorities.
