I have many written communications of same type incidents from different parents, if required i will send.

Dear zee learner limited,

My daughter deepsikha barman roy is studying in kidzee garia balia, center code: eus-556, after noon session. Today our attendant observed a deep wound below her right eye at the time of receiving from school, immediately she contacted us and told about her injury, when we contacted principal madam rakhi das, she completely denied about this incident saying it has not happened in the school premises & also told she had taken a photo of her in the morning as a proof that it has not happened in side the school, but did not even feel the courtesy to inform us. When we argued with her she threatened to disclose the photo amidst other guardians and i have to apologize in front of all of them, when i asked for that photo for date & time analysis, she denied to show that.
I was compelled to lodge a gde no. 324 at sonarpur police station to get all cc tv footage & photos.
We are leaving our most precious child blindly on your hand & they are getting such kind of attention.
We have decided not to send our child in such kind of kidzee center any more.
Please help me to get transfer certificate so that she can continue her study in other kidzee franchise.
Also look into the matter seriously so that little children do not get victimized in future.
