[Resolved] Kidzee School — kidzee school, kaspate wasti - cheated

I had made the part payment of rs 16k for my ward admission on 1st june’2019 for this academic year to kidzee, kaspatewasti, pune & just within 2 days i. E. 3rd june due to some personal reasons, i have to change the decision and told the admission incharge that i want to withdraw her name so pls cancelled her admission and refund the amount. I was told by the admission incharge that you will get the partial refund after few days as admission process is going on. Later on after so many follow ups and after many weeks she has confirmed that the director of the school has denied to refund the single penny. So i am surprised that such an esteemed and renowned educational institutions can cheat the people and don’t bother about the reputation of the brand. I had not received any uniform, no admission no:, no books and no formal communication from the institution till date but they have clearly denied to refund a single rupee.

There was no formal communication from Kidzee pre school @ Kaspate Wasti and proper justification for not giving the refund till date. It’s more than 4 months now. They avoid taking calls and the ladies or teachers available at the front desk doesn’t allow us to meet the director also. They said that director is busy and you will not get the refund as discuss with director of the school.

Kidzee School customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Good morning sir/madam
Big cheating happened at sangareddy kidzee. First payment we made was 15000. Second term we thought to pay 5000, but principal refused to take. She was saying that if you pay complete balance, then only i will take. After few days she took 10000 rupees from us without giving receipt saying that if you pay 1800 more then only j will give receipt. She has taken money but did not give receipt. After a week she told us that you no need to pay 1800, I am giving you concession. You can take TC and leave. So yesterday (saturday, as last working day for jr.kg) we went to ask TC, she was saying that when did you give the amount and when did I say that I give given concession. We sat there only to take TC, but she left the place and called some reporter and threatened us . We are getting some threatening calls also.
Please save us, we are getting scared. She is a big cheater .
One small request to higher management kidzee. She has taken amount from us without giving receipt. What does it mean? Is she taking that amount into her pocket or giving to higher management. As a principal she is not suppose to take money without giving receipt, she is a big cheater and abusive talk to parents. She harrased my child as well.
Please save us.. this is a big request and take action on that lady, she called V6 reporter, from then we are getting threatening calls.
Once again, please save us and we want the payment receipt and TC back
