I made an admission for my daughter named Aarvi Chauhan at Kidzee, Thirumenahalli, Bangalore-560064 Branch in January 2020. I paid in advance about[protected]+250) INR to Ms. Monalisa for pre-nursery and Nursery for the year 2020-21 plus another 1500 for annual function which was canceled. So total amount paid adds to 48650 INR. After a months’ time the school was closed due to COVID. I followed with the school management many times, but they didn’t do any online classes for the year 2020-21.
This year for the session 2021-22 I approached Mr. Praveen-Center Head many times. He said they would start classed in July but later cancelled. They made a proposal to transfer the kid to their own preschool brand from Kidzee as they are not having admission in Kidzee which I declined. I asked them to transfer my kid to another branch or refund the advance fee taken. Mr. Praveen stopped answering my calls and messages thereafter.
After that they stopped picking the calls and ignored all means of communications. I reported this to the Kidzee south zone center, the person there Ms. Shwetha acknowledge the problem and also told me that the branch didn’t do the child admission properly in system despite taking the fee in advance. They assured me action but till today nothing has happened the regional center people also don’t entertain my calls or messages or just respond by saying we will look into this. Ms Shewtha later said she does not manage the branch and asked me to contact Mr. Venkat who manages the branch. Mr. Venkat doesn’t answer call or WhatsApp messages. I tried approaching the Kidzee head office numbers many times, but they aren’t working. Finally, I was able to talk to one person named Shipra on their franchisee enquiry number, but that person didn’t help either so I being a parent feel cheated by such a reputed brand. I want my hard-earned money to be refunded to me asap.
