Kidzee School — Transfer letter

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you / complain against you kidzee center located at ho no 1129 opp., parivahan apartment, mig houses, sector 3, vasundhara, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201012. my son agam tomar is student of nursery class at this center last month we relocate to gaur city, noida so we request for transfer letter to the principal mrs. sweeta she refuse to give transfer letter on the basis that now days’ vacation are on you have to pay fee to other center for this month also so submit the fee to us for this month also and you can relocate next month i will provide you transfer letter on mail.
This month we are doing continues followup for last two weeks but every day she assure us that by today around 12 p. m. you will receive the transfer letter on mail. when we check our mail in the evening there is no transfer letter and when we try to contact her she never picks phone.
I want to know my son is siting ideal at home he is losing his academic life and we are/will be paying for noting as well as bearing mantle torture. i want to know who is responsible for all this. who will compensate for this?
If nothing can be done then i will request you to refund my admission fee as well as my tuition fee for this academic year which i had paid.
Looking for your prompt response other wise i will be forced to lake some legal action against kidzee pre school and kidzee sec-3 vasundhra.
