Kidzee School — Unethical behaviour

I am NAGARAJAN.P working in pvt concern, My child name is SAI VITHURSHAN N, His age is 3 and half Years, i was enquiry about the admission for Jr.KG on may 02nd, After few days the Principle calling to telling that admission is going on in my school please pay fees for discounted basis 30000/- other wise actual amount Rs.40000/-, after that i met with Principle and i paid Fees RS.30, 000/- for single payment, she gave a receipt of that payments, After that I ask Application formalities, she told that at the time of school opening you may fill no issues, now i will go for next location due to my job. i am not able send my child to study with this school.
Due to this i ask principle for refund, she telling that not possible for refund,
in this situation I am not fill any application regarding Admission, Fees only collected before Admission, i told before school opening.
Please understand money Value, and please guide this your under school management and arrange refund as soon as possible,
