Hi, i purchased king koil posture sense 3d mattresses on 8 sep 2016, i have complaining dealer and customer care but no action taken as we felt the matress to be very hard however we chose king koil because of the brand and quality.
After many days technician came to my home and found the matress is defected, after he left no response from the company till now
I am very disappointed for the quality and service. Even after spending lot of money we are suffering everyday sleeping on it and has complaint of backache. Was this information helpful? |
