I bought the king koil mattress last year dr mattress euroback pair, but after a year the mattress got contracted from center, for that when i contacted king koil customer care they checked my mattress and said that we wont replace this and will only repair it, and i have transport this mattress on my own expense for 100km to there noida center warehouse, they calculated the value of my mattress as 1/5 of original price i paid if i wanted to buy a new pair.

I had written on this platform some time back as well about a mattress from #king koil# chiropedic 5000#, which i bought as advertised by them as being the only mattress approved by chiropractors, which ironically left me in severe pain in my back and neck. Trust me, you would have bought it too had you gone by the advertising. It says.. Which is funny and angers me at the same time as #the only doctor approved mattress by doctors of chiropractic#. On complaining, all they did was to get it checked for manufacturing defects which as per them were none and left with a"we can't do anything about it". It is not a good mattress for me. Defect or no defect. It left me with a severe neck and back pain. It is a blow for consumers like me who leaving their own established, good customer servicing indian brands go ahead with an overseas brand claiming to know our backs well.. Their well advertised product claiming to be good for my perfectly good back and neck which now is in severe pain after using their mattress. Dreamy advertising and overpriced product. Now they have nothing to do with it. Our very own indian indian conpany#kurl on#had, in a similar event, replaced my mattress with a sincere apology and so impressed i was with their gesture that i made my people buy their product apart from their quality, also for their after sales service. I slept on this mattress last night to give me pain enough to write this complaint again. It did. I have expectations from this platform to get me justice as a consumer.. So that no brands take consumers for granted.

Hi, i purchased king koil posture sense 3d mattresses on 8 sep 2016, i have complaining dealer and customer care but no action taken as we felt the matress to be very hard however we chose king koil because of the brand and quality.
After many days technician came to my home and found the matress is defected, after he left no response from the company till now
I am very disappointed for the quality and service. Even after spending lot of money we are suffering everyday sleeping on it and has complaint of backache.

My name is Tomer Wallenstein and i live in india (business) .

I purches a mattress from kink koil type Belle Nuit 72 X 78 in 23/10/07.
the guy that work there (anup katoch) was telling me that the mattress will come in 15 days and i ask him if he can do somthing for me and give me a temporary mattress until the new one will come.
he call is boss and say OK.
after 15 days i call him and he said that it wiil take 15 days more . after those days i call him and he said that the new mattress that come was defected and i ahve to wait another 10 days.
after those days he promissed me that he will send it in 2 days and nothing has come . i call the guy and he said that the king koil center that located in mombay said that the temporary mattress can't be change and i wont get the new one that i bought .

please help me with this layers and do somthing.

i will not relax until this story will finish in the rigth way.
