Kings Electronics — Poor after sales service | |||||
I had purchased godrej split AC from kings electronics nerul branch on 27 april 2015. They are least interested in providing after sales service (free service in warranty). I have been following up with them since last one week but in vain. First they never answer your calls after knowing that you need a free in-warranty service. Then if you are lucky and they answer your call the lady on the phone is very rude and will make you feel as if they are doing a favour on you by answering your call. The nerul branch will tell you to contact panvel branch and the panvel branch will tell you to contact nerul branch. My invoice number : 3D/167/14-15 Was this information helpful? | |||||
