Kings Electronics — Poor after sales service

I had purchased godrej split AC from kings electronics nerul branch on 27 april 2015. They are least interested in providing after sales service (free service in warranty). I have been following up with them since last one week but in vain. First they never answer your calls after knowing that you need a free in-warranty service. Then if you are lucky and they answer your call the lady on the phone is very rude and will make you feel as if they are doing a favour on you by answering your call. The nerul branch will tell you to contact panvel branch and the panvel branch will tell you to contact nerul branch.
